The present invention relates to a soundproof interior material for an apartment building, which is to prevent sound from being transferred through a wall. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the soundproof interior material for an apartment building includes: a finishing panel finishing the wall by being formed in the shape of a plate; a sound absorbing panel installed on the rear side of the finishing panel and formed of a porous material extinguishing noise by holes; multiple vibration collecting holes formed on the sound absorbing panel and formed for the area to be smaller toward the rear in a direction in which the finishing panel is installed to discharge impact vibrations to the rear side by collecting the impact vibrations generated by impacting the finishing panel; a shock absorbing panel absorbing the impact and the vibration passing through the sound absorbing panel by overlapping the rear side of the sound absorbing panel; a vibration collecting hole formed by being penetrated at a part of the shock absorbing panel corresponding to the vibration collecting hole and enabling the vibration to flow inside by collecting the vibration through the vibration collecting hole; multiple vibration extinguishing balls accommodated in each vibration collecting hole and extinguishing the impact and vibration by moving by the impact and vibration flowing inside through the vibration collecting hole; a wall panel installed on the rear side of the shock absorbing panel and sealing the vibration collecting hole by facing the surface of the wall; and an anchor fixing unit installed in an anchor hole formed by being penetrated on the wall panel, the shock absorbing panel, and the sound absorbing panel except for the finishing panel, wherein the anchor fixing unit fixes an anchor installed in advance to the wall. The vibration extinguishing ball is formed of a porous material to prevent the generation of impact noise between each other when moving by the impact and vibration. Therefore, the soundproof interior material for an apartment building can be easily installed and can minimize the transmission of noise due to the generation of an impact and vibration.

본 발명은 벽을 통해 소리가 전달되는 것을 방지하기 위한 공동주택용 방음내장재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 공동주택용 방음내장재는 판 형상으로 형성되어 벽체를 마감하는 마감패널, 상기 마감패널의 뒷면에 위치되어 다공에 의해 소음을 소멸시키는 다공성 재질로 형성된 흡음패널, 상기 흡음패널에 복수 개가 형성되어 상기 마감패널을 충격하여 발생하는 충격진동을 모아 후방으로 배출하도록 상기 마감패널이 위치된 방향에서 후방으로 갈수록 면적이 작아지게 형성되는 진동모음공, 상기 흡음패널의 뒷면에 겹쳐져 상기 흡음패널을 통과한 충격진동을 흡수하는 완충패널, 상기 진동모음공과 대응되는 상기 완충패널의 부분에 관통 형성되어 상기 진동모음공을 통해 모여 유입되는 진동가둠공, 상기 각 진동가둠공에 수용되어 상기 진동모음공을 통해 유입되는 충격진동에 의해 운동하여 상기 충격진동을 소멸시키는 복수 개의 진동소멸볼, 상기 완충패널의 뒷면에 위치되어 상기 벽체의 벽면과 마주하며 상기 진동가둠공을 밀폐하는 벽면패널, 및 상기 마감패널을 제외하고, 상기 흡음패널, 상기 완충패널 및 상기 벽면패널을 관통하여 형성된 앵커공에 설치되어 상기 벽체에 미리 설치된 앵커에 고정하기 위한 앵커고정구를 포함하고, 상기 진동소멸볼은 상기 충격진동에 의해 운동 시 상호 간의 충돌소음의 발생을 방지하도록 다공성 재질로 형성된다. 따라서, 설치가 용이하며 충격진동의 발생에 따른 소음의 전달을 최소화할 수 있다.
