본 발명에 의하면, 포틀랜드 시멘트, 마그네시아 시멘트, 콜로이드 시멘트, 알루미나 시멘트, 초속경 시멘트, 인조 규사가 혼합된 복합 몰탈 100중량부에, 상기 복합 몰탈 100중량부를 기준으로 각각 VAE코폴리머 70~90중량부, VA/E/MMA터폴리머 60~80중량부, 고로슬래그미분 50~70중량부, 나프탈렌설폰산포르말린축합물 40~60중량부, 폴리옥시에틸렌에테르 30~50중량부 및 폴리알킬렌글리콜카르복실레이트 20~40중량부가 첨가되는 구성을 가지는 분말형 무기질 도포 방수제가 제공된다.
