본 발명에 의하면, 에틸렌옥사이드 100중량부에 테트라하이드로퓨란 70∼90중량부, 1,4-다이옥산 60~80중량부, 1,3-다이옥산 50~70중량부, 1,4-벤조다이옥산 40~60중량부, 아세트알데하이드 30~50중량부, 트리클로로아세트알데하이드 20~40중량부 및 물 10~30중량부가 혼합되는 단계와; 상기 혼합물이 150℃~180℃의 온도에서 20 시간 동안 반응되는 단계를 포함하는 침투식 액체 방수재의 제조방법이 제공된다.
