The present invention is to provide a hauyne-based clinker composition using sodium sulfate-based by-products comprising 100 parts by weight of bauxite by-products and 10 to 100 parts by weight of sodium sulfate-based by-products with respect to 100 parts by weight of fly ash of a boiler. According to the present invention, a high functional hauyne-based clinker composition can be produced by reducing the energy consumption at a low firing temperature using industrial by-products that are very difficult to recycle compared with conventional clinkers for cement containing industrial by-products.
