The invention relates to a preparation method for ecological cement clinker. The preparation method comprises comprehensive utilization of sludge and pulverized fuel ash produced by treatment of high concentrated sewage with industrial solid wastes, namely heavy slag of a blast furnace and iron-containing mine slag, and specifically comprises the following steps: (1) treating sludge produced by the high concentrated sewage by using a method for treating sewage by using industrial solid wastes (ZL200910223346.7), carrying out press filtration and dewatering through a plate-and-frame filter press, and then mixing the sewage subjected to press filtration and dewatering with the pulverized fuel ash according to a certain weight ratio, mixing, stirring, granulating and drying and carrying out pulverizing on the dried particles to obtain pretreated sludge; (2) adding the treated sludge obtained in the step (1) to a cement raw material, wherein the pretreated sludge and the raw cement material are mixed according to a certain weight ratio; (3) feeding cement prepared in the step (2) to a kiln and then calcining to obtain the finished product.
