According to the present invention, a method for constructing an exterior panel assembly having an open type joint structure includes the following steps of: installing a pair of gap frames, which are symmetrical on a transverse section and include interlocking parts extended from each end part on the transverse section at the longest distance apart, in front of a vertical member installed in front of an outer wall of a building; installing a pair of finishing frames, which include hanging parts formed on the rear side to be interlocked with the interlocking parts of the gap frames, in front of the gap frames; and installing a finishing panel in front of each of the finishing frames. Therefore, since pollution in a silicon caulking part is minimized after the construction of wall finishing panels, only minimum maintenance without frequent cleaning or reconstruction can keep the exterior of a building clean.
본 발명에 따른 오픈형 조인트 구조를 갖는 외장패널조립체의 시공방법은: 횡단면상 상호 대칭되게 한 쌍으로 구비되고 횡단면상 각각의 단부에는 상대편으로부터 최대 이격된 간격을 갖도록 물림부가 연장 형성된 간격 프레임을 건물 외벽의 전방에 수직으로 설치된 종간부재의 전방에 설치하는 단계; 상기 간격 프레임의 물림부에 각각 맞물리는 걸림부가 후방에 형성된 한 쌍의 마감 프레임을 상기 간격 프레임의 전방에 각각 설치하는 단계; 및, 상기 한 쌍의 마감 프레임 각각의 전방에 마감 패널을 설치하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 벽체마감패널들의 시공 후 실리콘 코킹 부위에서 오염이 발생 되는 것을 최소화하여 잦은 청소나 재시공될 필요없이 최소한의 유지보수만으로도 건축물의 외관이 항상 깨끗한 상태가 유지되도록 할 수 있는 오픈형 조인트 구조를 갖는 외장패널조립체의 시공방법을 제공할 수 있다.
