The present invention relates to a door for an apartment building, with easy lighting and ventilation, which can be stably used by easily preventing an indoor space from being exposed through a hole of the door when a person approaches the door. The door for an apartment building includes: a door unit having an installation space on the inner side and, also, having a coupling hole, a penetration hole, and an exposure hole, wherein the coupling hole is connected to the installation space; a bearing installed on the inner side of the installation space as one end of the bearing is connected to the coupling hole; a rotation gear having a rotation body, a rotation sawtooth, the multiple through holes, and an opaque hole; a driving gear installed on the inner side of the installation space to rotate; a driving motor installed on the inner side of the installation space; a controller controlling a rotation force and applying power to the driving motor by being electrically connected to the driving motor; and multiple approach sensors installed on the inner side of the installation space to be connected to the exposure hole.
본 발명은 사용자의 선택에 따라 도어에 형성된 관통공을 통하여 도어를 통한 실내 공간의 채광과 통풍이 용이하게 이루어지도록 하고, 도어에 사람이 접급하는 경우에는 도어의 관통공을 실내공간이 노출되는 것을 용이하게 차단하며 안정적인 사용을 이룰 수 있도록 한 공동주택 건축물의 채광 및 통풍이 용이한 도어에 관한 것으로서, 그 특징적인 구성은 내측에 설치공간이 형성되며, 상기 설치공간과 연통되는 체결공, 투시공, 노출공이 형성된 도어; 상기 체결공에 일단이 연결되어 설치공간의 내측에 위치되게 설치되는 베어링; 상기 베어링의 내측 중심부에 체결되어 상기 체결공에 관통 결합되며, 단부에는 나사홈이 형성된 체결돌기가 일측에 구비되어 상기 설치공간의 내측에 회전되게 설치되는 회전체와, 상기 회전체의 외측 테두리를 따라 형성되는 회전톱니와, 상기 회전체의 테두리 내측면에 상기 체결돌기를 중심으로 배치되어 상기 회전체의 회전에 따라 상기 투시공으로 선택적인 노출을 이루는 복수개의 관통공 및 불투명공이 형성된 회전기어; 상기 회전기어의 회전톱니와 치합되는 구동톱니가 외측 테두리를 따라 형성되어 상기 회전기어의 회전을 제어하도록 설치공간의 내측에 회전되게 설치되는 구동기어; 상기 구동기어의 내측 중심부에 체결되는 결합돌기가 일측에 구비되어 상기 설치공간의 내측에 설치되는 구동모터; 상기 구동모터와 전기적으로 연결되어 구동모터로 전원을 인가하고, 회전력을 제어하는 제어기; 상기 노출공에 결합되도록 설치공간의 내측에 복수개 설치되며, 상기 제어기와 전기적으로 연결되어 도어의 전면으로 접근하는 사람의 이동을 감지하고, 감지되어 생성된 접근신호를 상기 제어기로 전달하는 근접센서;를 포함하고, 상기 제어기는 상기 구동모터로 선택적인 전원을 인가하여 구동모터를 45°회전시키는 구동스위치와, 상기 근접센서를 통하여 전달되는 접근신호에 따라 상기 구동모터를 45°회전시키는 제1제어모듈과, 상기 제1제어모듈을 통하여 회전이 이루어진 구동모터를 설정된 시간에 따라 45°회전시키는 제2제어모듈을 포함하며, 상기 구동스위치, 제1제어모듈, 제2제어모듈은 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 구동스위치의 작동에 따라 상기 구동모터가 45°회전을 이룰 시, 상기 제1제어모듈의 제어에 따라 상기 구동모터가 45°회전을 이루도록 제어되고, 상기 제1제어모듈의 작동에 따라 상기 구동모터가 45°회전을 이룰 시, 상기 제2제어모듈의 설정된 시간에 따라 상기 구동모터가 45°회전을 이루도록 제어되게 구성된다.

본 발명은 사용자의 선택에 따라 도어에 형성된 관통공을 통하여 도어를 통한 실내 공간의 채광과 통풍이 용이하게 이루어지도록 하고, 도어에 사람이 접급하는 경우에는 도어의 관통공을 실내공간이 노출되는 것을 용이하게 차단하며 안정적인 사용을 이룰 수 있도록 한 공동주택 건축물의 채광 및 통풍이 용이한 도어에 관한 것으로서, 그 특징적인 구성은 내측에 설치공간이 형성되며, 상기 설치공간과 연통되는 체결공, 투시공, 노출공이 형성된 도어; 상기 체결공에 일단이 연결되어 설치공간의 내측에 위치되게 설치되는 베어링; 상기 베어링의 내측 중심부에 체결되어 상기 체결공에 관통 결합되며, 단부에는 나사홈이 형성된 체결돌기가 일측에 구비되어 상기 설치공간의 내측에 회전되게 설치되는 회전체와, 상기 회전체의 외측 테두리를 따라 형성되는 회전톱니와, 상기 회전체의 테두리 내측면에 상기 체결돌기를 중심으로 배치되어 상기 회전체의 회전에 따라 상기 투시공으로 선택적인 노출을 이루는 복수개의 관통공 및 불투명공이 형성된 회전기어; 상기 회전기어의 회전톱니와 치합되는 구동톱니가 외측 테두리를 따라 형성되어 상기 회전기어의 회전을 제어하도록 설치공간의 내측에 회전되게 설치되는 구동기어; 상기 구동기어의 내측 중심부에 체결되는 결합돌기가 일측에 구비되어 상기 설치공간의 내측에 설치되는 구동모터; 상기 구동모터와 전기적으로 연결되어 구동모터로 전원을 인가하고, 회전력을 제어하는 제어기; 상기 노출공에 결합되도록 설치공간의 내측에 복수개 설치되며, 상기 제어기와 전기적으로 연결되어 도어의 전면으로 접근하는 사람의 이동을 감지하고, 감지되어 생성된 접근신호를 상기 제어기로 전달하는 근접센서;를 포함하고, 상기 제어기는 상기 구동모터로 선택적인 전원을 인가하여 구동모터를 45°회전시키는 구동스위치와, 상기 근접센서를 통하여 전달되는 접근신호에 따라 상기 구동모터를 45°회전시키는 제1제어모듈과, 상기 제1제어모듈을 통하여 회전이 이루어진 구동모터를 설정된 시간에 따라 45°회전시키는 제2제어모듈을 포함하며, 상기 구동스위치, 제1제어모듈, 제2제어모듈은 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 구동스위치의 작동에 따라 상기 구동모터가 45°회전을 이룰 시, 상기 제1제어모듈의 제어에 따라 상기 구동모터가 45°회전을 이루도록 제어되고, 상기 제1제어모듈의 작동에 따라 상기 구동모터가 45°회전을 이룰 시, 상기 제2제어모듈의 설정된 시간에 따라 상기 구동모터가 45°회전을 이루도록 제어되게 구성된다.
