The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an optical lens for blocking near infrared rays, which comprises the steps of: manufacturing a first mixture by mixing a monomer for an optical lens substrate and a ultraviolet ray blocking dye; manufacturing a second mixture by mixing the monomer for the optical lens substrate and a near infrared ray blocking dye; mixing the first mixture and the second mixture to manufacture a third mixture; manufacturing the optical lens substrate by molding the third mixture; and forming an anti-reflective (AR) coating film formed by alternately stacking a zirconium oxide (ZrO_2) layer and a silicon dioxide (SiO_2) layer on one surface or both surfaces of the optical lens substrate.
본 발명은 근적외선 차단용 광학 렌즈의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 광학 렌즈 기재용 모노머 및 자외선 차단 염료를 혼합하여 제1 혼합물을 제조하는 단계, 광학 렌즈 기재용 모노머 및 근적외선 차단 염료를 혼합하여 제2 혼합물을 제조하는 단계, 상기 제1 혼합물 및 제2 혼합물을 혼합하여 제3 혼합물을 제조하는 단계, 상기 제3 혼합물을 성형하여 광학 렌즈 기재를 제조하는 단계, 상기 광학 렌즈 기재의 일면 또는 양면에 산화지르코늄(ZrO) 층 및 이산화규소(SiO) 층이 교대로 적층되어 이루어지는 반사 방지(anti-reflective, AR) 코팅막을 형성하는 코팅 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
