CRACK REPAIR AND HYBRID FLOORINGWATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION METHOD
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a construction method of crack repair and hybrid flooring attached to a humid surface comprises the following steps of: removing a pollution material of a background surface and performing surface grinding treatment in a crack portion of the background surface; repairing the crack portion of the background surface by filling a low wrapping paper material in the crack portion of the background surface; forming a waterproof layer by coating the low wrapping paper material on the whole background surface; securing smoothness by constructing a middle wrapping paper material having high strength and high durability on the waterproof layer after the low wrapping paper material is hardened; and performing surface protection coating on a construction surface of the middle wrapping paper material by using an upper wrapping paper material having high hardness, incombustibility, and chemical resistance after the middle wrapping paper material is constructed.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 습윤 면에 부착이 가능한 크랙보수 및 하이브리드 바닥재 시공 방법은 바탕 면의 오염 물질을 제거하고 상기 바탕 면의 크랙부분에 대해 표면 연삭 처리를 수행하는 단계; 상기 바탕 면의 크랙 부분에 하도재를 충진하여 상기 바탕 면의 크랙 부분을 보수하는 단계; 상기 바탕 면의 전체에 상기 하도재를 코팅하여 방수층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 하도재가 경화된 이후, 고강도 및 고내구성을 가지는 중도재를 상기 방수층 위에 시공하여 평활성을 확보하는 단계; 및 상기 중도재의 시공 이후, 고경도 및 불연성, 내화학성을 가지는 상도재를 사용하여 상기 중도재의 시공 면 위에 표면 보호 코팅을 실시하는 단계를 포함한다.
