The present invention relates to a leakage prevention construction method for a stretchable joint of a concrete structure. More specifically, the leakage prevention construction method for a stretchable joint of a concrete structure comprises: a construction preparation step of removing foreign substances around a joint formed on a construction surface of the concrete structure; an epoxy adhesion layer forming step of applying an epoxy adhesive to the construction surface to form a pair of epoxy adhesion layers to be arranged on both sides of the joint formed on the concrete structure; a sealing sheet attaching step of closing the joint formed on the construction surface and attaching a sealing sheet to the epoxy adhesion layers; an anchor bolt construction step of installing anchor bolts on the construction surface formed on the concrete structure; a finishing unit coupling step of coupling and fixing a finishing unit on the anchor bolts while covering the sealing sheet; and a finishing step of removing the epoxy adhesion layers exposed to the outside of the finishing unit. According to the leakage prevention construction method for a stretchable joint of a concrete structure, through the construction preparation step, the epoxy adhesion layer forming step, the sealing sheet attaching step, the anchor bolt construction step, the finishing unit coupling step, and the finishing step, airtightness is maintained in the joint formed on the construction surface of the concrete structure to prevent leaking water from being discharged to the outside and accommodate the water inside to prevent cracks or stains caused by a leakage from being generated on a wall of the concrete structure and prevent a problem where leaking water drops on a floor or a pedestrian to cause displeasure.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물 신축이음부의 누수방지 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 상기 콘크리트 구조물의 시공면에 형성되는 이음부 주위의 이물질을 제거하는 시공준비단계; 상기 콘크리트 구조물에 형성되는 이음부의 양측에 배치되도록 상기 시공면에 에폭시 접착제를 도포하여 한쌍의 에폭시 접착층을 형성시키는 에폭시접착층 형성단계; 상기 시공면에 형성된 이음부를 폐쇄하며 상기 에폭시 접착층에 밀봉시트를 부착하는 밀봉시트부착단계; 상기 콘크리트 구조물에 형성되는 시공면에 앵커볼트들을 설치하는 앵커볼트시공단계; 상기 밀봉시트를 덮으면서 상기 앵커볼트에 마감유닛을 체결하여 고정시키는 마감유닛체결단계; 및 상기 마감유닛의 외부로 노출된 에폭시 접착층을 제거하는 마감단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물 신축이음부의 누수방지 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명인 콘크리트 구조물 신축이음부의 누수방지 시공방법에 따르면, 시공준비단계와 에폭시접착층형성단계와 밀봉시트부착단계와 앵커볼트시공단계와 마감유닛체결단계와 마감단계를 거치면서, 콘크리트 구조물의 시공면에 형성되는 이음부에 기밀을 유지시켜 누수되는 물이 외부로 유출되는 것을 방지하고 내부에 수용되도록 함으로써, 누수에 따른 균열이나 얼룩이 콘크리트 구조물의 벽면에 발생하지 않게 됨과 아울러 누수 된 물이 바닥이나 보행자에게 떨어져 불쾌감을 유발시키는 문제점이 발생하지 않게 되는 효과가 있다.
