Leakage prevention structure and leakage prevention method for repairing leaks of concrete structures
According to a leakage prevention structure for repairing a water leak of a concrete structure and a leakage prevention method of the present invention, a part of a conventional leakage prevention layer where repair is required is removed before a first urethane layer, a sealant layer, a mesh layer, an elastic layer, a second urethane layer and a third urethane layer are formed. Therefore, tensile force, elastic force and binding force can be increased to prevent a crack or a lifting phenomenon even when shrinkage and expansion are repeatedly caused because of the temperature. Furthermore, leakage is prevented in joints on a rooftop, parts on the rooftop floor with curvature or deviation, joints and corners of a handrail pole, heavy cracks, and cracked portions on the wall surface of the handrail pole, which are pointed out as disadvantages of a urethane waterproofing method. Moreover, adhesiveness with a concrete structure and its durability and waterproofness can be improved, whereas elasticity can be maintained for a long period even after curing, such that the effect of repairing the cracks of the concrete structure can be maintained for a long period. Consequently, construction costs can be reduced, and maintenance and repair can be easily performed when breakage occurs on the waterproofing layer. Provided is a waterproofing structure with excellent physical properties such as root isolation, waterproofness, insulation, weather resistance, heat resistance and chemical resistance. To this end, the present invention comprises: a first urethane layer; a sealant layer; a mesh layer; an elastic layer; a second urethane layer; and a third urethane layer.
본 발명에 의한 콘크리트 구조물의 누수 보수용 누수방지구조 및 누수방지방법은 콘크리트 구조물의 누수 보수용 누수방지구조 및 누수방지방법은 기존 누수방지층의 보수가 필요한 부분을 걷어내고 제1우레탄층, 실런트층, 메쉬층, 탄성층, 제2우레탄층 및 제3우레탄층을 형성함므로써 인장력, 탄성력 및 결합력을 증가시켜 온도에 의한 수축, 팽창이 반복적으로 일어나도 크랙 또는 들뜸현상이 발생하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하며, 우레탄 방수공법의 단점인 옥상줄눈, 옥상바닥에 굴곡이나 편차가 있는 부분, 난간대의 조인트 및 모서리 부분, 크랙이 심한 곳, 난간대 벽면의 크랙부분에 누수를 방지함은 물론 콘크리트 구조물과의 접착성, 내구성 및 방수성이 우수하며 경화 후에도 신축성이 장기간 유지되어 콘크리트 구조물의 균열 보수 효과가 장기간 유지되므로서, 시공비용을 절감할 수 있고, 방수층의 파손부분이 발생시 유지보수가 용이하며, 방근성, 방수성, 단열성, 내후성, 내열성 및 내화학성 등의 물성이 우수한 방수구조를 얻을 수 있는 효과가 있다.
