According to the present invention, a jig for removing a hood latch release handle for an automobile to remove a hood latch release handle (200) including a hook coupling unit (250) arranged on one end thereof and rotatably installed on a hook (150) of a handle mounting base assembly arranged on a handle installation unit (100) inside a vehicle and a hood-opening handle lever (230) arranged on the other end thereof comprises: a jig body unit (300) including a shaft hole (310) formed on one surface thereof, a stopping protrusion (330) formed on the other surface thereof and provided with a coupling unit insertion groove (350) of the hook coupling unit (250) arranged on the lower end thereof, and a hole for observation (380) arranged on a side thereof to see the interior thereof; and a hook-pressing shaft (400) inserted to be vertically lifted and lowered through the shaft hole (310) of the jig body unit (300), wherein an end thereof presses the hook (150) when pressed by an operating handle (450) arranged on the upper end thereof to separate the hood latch release handle (200) from the hook (150). A fixing washer (500) is installed on one side of the hook-pressing shaft (400), and an elastic spring (600) is arranged between the shaft hole (310) of the jig body unit (300) and the fixing washer (500) to tightly attach an end of the hook-pressing shaft (400) to the hook (150) by an elastic force of the elastic spring (600).
본 발명은 차량 실내의 핸들 설치부(100)에 구비된 핸들 마운팅 베이스 어셈블리의 후크(150)에 회동 가능하게 설치되는 후크 결합부(250)가 일단에 구비되고, 타단에는 후드 개방용 핸들레버(230)가 구비되는 후드 래치 릴리즈 핸들(200)의 탈거를 위한 자동차용 후드 래치 릴리즈 핸들 탈거용 지그를 구성할 때, 일측면에는 샤프트홀(310)이 형성되고, 타측면에는 상기 후크 결합부(250)의 결합부 삽입홈(350)이 하단에 구비된 걸림턱(330)이 형성되며, 내부를 볼 수 있도록 관찰용 홀(380)이 측면에 구비된 지그 몸체부(300); 지그 몸체부(300)의 샤프트홀(310)을 통해 상,하로 승하강되게 끼워지며, 상단에 구비된 작동손잡이(450)로 눌러주면 끝단이 상기 후크(150)를 눌러주어 후크(150)에서 후드 래치 릴리즈 핸들(200)을 분리시켜 주는 후크누름 샤프트(400);로 이루어지며, 후크누름 샤프트(400)의 일측에는 고정용 와셔(500)를 설치하고, 지그 몸체부(300)의 샤프트홀(310)과 상기 고정용 와셔(500) 사이에는 탄발 스프링(600)을 구비하여 탄발 스프링(600)의 탄발력으로 후크누름 샤프트(400) 끝단이 후크(150)에 밀착되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.

본 발명은 차량 실내의 핸들 설치부(100)에 구비된 핸들 마운팅 베이스 어셈블리의 후크(150)에 회동 가능하게 설치되는 후크 결합부(250)가 일단에 구비되고, 타단에는 후드 개방용 핸들레버(230)가 구비되는 후드 래치 릴리즈 핸들(200)의 탈거를 위한 자동차용 후드 래치 릴리즈 핸들 탈거용 지그를 구성할 때, 일측면에는 샤프트홀(310)이 형성되고, 타측면에는 상기 후크 결합부(250)의 결합부 삽입홈(350)이 하단에 구비된 걸림턱(330)이 형성되며, 내부를 볼 수 있도록 관찰용 홀(380)이 측면에 구비된 지그 몸체부(300); 지그 몸체부(300)의 샤프트홀(310)을 통해 상,하로 승하강되게 끼워지며, 상단에 구비된 작동손잡이(450)로 눌러주면 끝단이 상기 후크(150)를 눌러주어 후크(150)에서 후드 래치 릴리즈 핸들(200)을 분리시켜 주는 후크누름 샤프트(400);로 이루어지며, 후크누름 샤프트(400)의 일측에는 고정용 와셔(500)를 설치하고, 지그 몸체부(300)의 샤프트홀(310)과 상기 고정용 와셔(500) 사이에는 탄발 스프링(600)을 구비하여 탄발 스프링(600)의 탄발력으로 후크누름 샤프트(400) 끝단이 후크(150)에 밀착되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
