The present invention relates to a fine screen device with a spacing adjustment function and a dust collector including the same and, more specifically, to a fine screen device installed in a fine screen dust collector to remove foreign matters included in wastewater. According to the present invention, the fine screen device comprises: a fine screen frame body installed in the fine screen dust collector and including a pair of vertical bars disposed to maintain a predetermined interval and connection bars installed by connecting the vertical bars and having coupling grooves formed on a front end part at predetermined intervals; and a screen unit connecting the connection bars and detachably coupled to the coupling grooves. The screen unit has a fine screen discharge passage formed between the screen units to penetrate wastewater and a part of foreign matters therethrough. Accordingly, the screen units are installed in the fine screen device which is installed in the fine screen dust collector to filter the foreign matters, such that an interval of the fine screen discharge passage formed between the screen units can be adjusted and the screen unit can be simply and partially replaced in breakage, thereby providing effects of reducing maintenance costs and installation time.
본 발명은 목간격 조절기능을 갖는 세목스크린장치 및 이를 포함하는 제진기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 세목제진기에 설치되어 오폐수에 포함되는 협잡물을 제거하도록 된 세목스크린장치로서, 상기 세목제진기에 설치되는 것으로, 일정간격을 유지하며 배치되는 한쌍의 세로바와, 상기 세로바들을 연결하며 설치되고 전단부에 일정간격을 유지하며 결착홈들이 형성된 연결바들로 이루어진 세목틀본체; 및 상기 연결바들을 연결하며, 상기 결착홈에 탈착가능하게 체결되는 스크린유닛들로 이루어진 스크린부로 구성되며, 상기 스크린부에는 오폐수 및 협잡물의 일부가 관통하도록 상기 스크린유닛들 사이에 세목배출통로가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 목간격 조절기능을 갖는 세목스크린장치를 제공한다. 본 발명인 목간격 조절기능을 갖는 세목스크린장치는 세목제진기에 설치되어 협잡물을 걸러주도록 된 세목스크린장치에 조립식으로 스크린 유닛들을 설치함으로써, 스크린 유닛들 사이에 형성되는 세목배출통로의 간격을 조절할 수 있게 되고 파손시 부분적으로 간편하게 교체할 수 있어, 유지보수비용이 절감되고 시공시간을 단축시킬 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.
