The present invention relates to a dusting machine having a folding front screen, which comprises: a pair of support frames (10); chain conveyors (20) installed respectively on the pair of support frames (10); an elevation screen (30) installed between the pair of the support frames (10); a rake (40) installed on the chain conveyor (20) to operate along with motion of the chain conveyor (20); and a front screen (50) installed between the elevation screen (30) and a canal base surface (B), wherein the front screen (50) includes: a lower screen (52) joined to the pair of the support frames (10); and an upper screen (54) hinged to the lower screen (52) and hooked and supported by a lower end of the elevation screen (30) to perform tilting movement by self weight when the elevation screen (30) goes up. Accordingly, functionality and usability of the dusting machine having a folding front screen can be more enhanced.
본 발명은 프런트스크린이 접혀지는 제진기에 관한 것으로, 한 쌍의 지지프레임(10); 한 쌍의 지지프레임(10) 각각에 설치되는 체인컨베이어(20); 한 쌍의 지지프레임(10) 사이에 설치되는 승강스크린(30); 체인컨베이어(20)에 설치되어 체인컨베이어(20)의 동작에 따라 연동되는 레이크(40); 승강스크린(30) 및 수로바닥면(B) 사이에 설치되는 프런트스크린(50)을 포함하며, 프런트스크린(50)은 한 쌍의 지지프레임(10)에 결합되는 하부스크린(52); 하부스크린(52)에 힌지 결합되어 승강스크린(30)의 하단에 걸림 지지되며, 승강스크린(30)의 상승동작 시 자중에 의해 틸팅 동작되는 상부스크린(54)으로 이루어진다. 이에 따라, 프런트스크린이 접혀지는 제진기의 기능성 및 사용성을 보다 향상시킬 수 있다.
