ECO-FRIENDLY FUNCTIONAL FINISHING COMPOSITION AND PAINTING METHOD FOR PROTECTING SURFACE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE THEREWITH
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly functional finishing agent composition and an external surface protective painting method of a concrete structure using the same. The eco-friendly functional finishing agent composition of the present invention comprises 1 to 70 wt% of a functional filler and 30 to 99 wt% of a functional binder. The functional filler includes: 20 to 98 wt% of heavy calcium bicarbonate; 1 to 30 wt% of celite; 0.1 to 20 wt% of 4,4′-thio-bis(6-tert-butyl-3-methylphenol); 0.1 to 20 wt% of diatomite; 0.1 to 15 wt% of magnesium aluminum silicate; 0.1 to 15 wt% of aluminum lithium; 0.1 to 15 wt% of mud, and 0.1 to 15 wt% of pigment. The functional binder includes: 25 to 98 wt% of glacial methacrylic acid; 1 to 30 wt% of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate; 0.1 to 20 wt% of a butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer; 0.1 to 15 wt% of N-methylacrylamide; and 0.1 to 15 wt% of cellulose triacetate, with respect to the weight of the functional binder. According to the present invention, construction is easily performed since in-situ applicability, workability, abrasion resistance, contamination resistance, deodorization, antibiosis, chemical resistance, noninflammability, UV resistance, salt resistance, neutralization resistance, freezing melting resistance, and durability are excellent. Also, curing is performed within a rapid time to shorten a construction period, a usage period of a concrete structure is increased, maintenance costs are reduced, and constructability is improved.
본 발명은, 기능성 충전재 1∼70중량% 및 기능성 결합재 30∼99중량%를 포함하며, 상기 기능성 충전재는 중질탄산칼슘 20∼98중량%, 셀라이트 1∼30중량%, 4,4'-디오-비스(6-터트-부틸-3-메틸페놀) 0.1~20중량%, 규조토 0.1~20중량%, 마그네슘알루미늄실리케이트 0.1∼15중량%, 알루미늄리튬 0.1~15 중량%, 이토 0.1~15중량% 및 안료 0.1~15중량%를 포함하고, 상기 기능성 결합재는 기능성 결합재 중량 대비 메타크릴릭에시드글레이실(glacial methacrylic acid) 25∼98중량%, 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트(2-ethylhexyl acrylate) 1∼30중량%, 부타디엔-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체 0.1∼20중량%, N-메틸아크릴아미드 0.1~15중량% 및 셀롤로오스트리아세테이트 0.1∼15중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 기능성 마감제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 외부 표면보호 도장 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 현장 적용성, 작업성, 내마모성, 내오염성, 탈취성, 항균성, 내화학성, 불연성, UV저항성, 내염해성, 중성화 저항성, 동결융해저항성 및 내구성이 우수하여 시공이 용이하고, 빠른 시간 내에 경화되어 시공기간이 단축되고, 콘크리트 구조물의 공용기간 증가, 유지보수비용 절감 및 시공성 향상을 구현할 수 있다.
