The present invention relates to an apparatus for opening and closing an evacuation stair gate, which simply operates a gate of an evacuation stair regardless of a power connecting state when disaster accidents such as fire generation or the like are generated, thereby enabling people to be safely evacuated to the outside. The present invention includes: a support frame body (10) fixedly installed on both sides; a fixed deck (20) position-fixed to the support frame body (10) so as to block a part of an entrance; a first deck (21) and a second deck (22) opening and closing the entrance of the evacuation stair; wheels (30, 31) allowing the second deck (22) to be driven from side to side; a driving motor (40) supported on the support frame body (10); a link (50) rotationally connected by using the pin (51) as a shaft; a pinion (60) rotating the wheel (30); a link member (70) installed so as to be rotatable from side to side; a rotating bar (80) having an operation piece (82); and engaging brackets (90, 91) allowing the first deck (21) to be moved when the second deck (22) is driven.
본 발명은 피난계단 게이트 개폐장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 화재 발생 등 재난사고가 발생될 때 피난용 계단의 게이트를 전원 연결상태와 무관하게 간단히 작동시켜 외부로 안전하게 대피할 수 있도록 발명된 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 피난 계단의 출구를 형성하는 건축 구조물(1)에 소정의 각도로 경사지게 양측으로 고정 설치되는 지지틀체(10)와, 이 지지틀체(10)에 출구 일부를 막혀지도록 위치 고정되는 고정데크(20)와, 상기 고정데크(20)와 어긋난 높이에서 지지틀체(10)에 고정 설치되는 로울러(11)들의 안내로 슬라이드 이동 가능하게 설치되어, 피난 계단의 출구를 개폐시키는 제1데크(21) 및 제2데크(22)와, 거리를 유지한 상태로 상기 지지틀체(10)에 회전가능하게 축 지지되고 상기 제2데크(22)에 와이어(32)의 양단부가 어테치먼트(33)에 의해 고정된 상태로 감겨져서 좌우로 제2데크(22)가 구동되도록 하는 휠(30)(31)들, 상기 휠(30)의 일측에 거리를 유지한 상태로 지지틀체(10)에 지지되며 주동기어(41)를 구비하고 있는 구동모터(40)와, 상기 지지틀체(10)에 구동모터(40)의 중심과 동일 위치로 설치되는 핀(51)을 축으로 회전 가능하게 연결되며, 중간 위치에는 주동기어(41)와 치차 결합된 중간기어(52)를 구비하고, 단부 위치로는 연결핀(53)이 각각 구비되어 있는 링크(50)와, 상기 휠(30)의 일측으로 샤프트(61)에 의해 함께 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 구동모터(40)의 모터축에 설치된 주동기어(41)의 회전력이 중간기어(52)를 통해 전달되어 휠(30)을 회전시키는 피니언(60)과, 상기 지지틀체(10)에 거리를 두고 설치되는 힌지핀(72)들을 축으로 회전 가능하게 연결된 로드(71)의 단부 위치에서 축핀(73)들에 의해 유동 가능하게 축 결합되며, 일측 끝단에는 작동핀(74)이 구비된 상태로 타측 단부로 링크(50)의 연결핀(53)과 연결되어 좌, 우로 이동 가능하게 설치되는 링크부재(70)와, 피난계단의 출구측 하부위치로 회전축(81)을 축으로 함께 회전 가능하게 고정 설치되고, 상기 링크부재(70)의 단부로 설치된 작동핀(74)에 장홀(83)이 끼워진 상태로 회전축(81)의 상단으로 고정 설치되어 링크부재(70)를 좌우 이동시키도록 작동편(82)을 구비한 회전바(80)와, 상기 제1데크(21)의 선단부와 제2데크(22)의 끝단부 위치로 서로 걸려지게 설치되어 제2데크(22)가 구동될 때 제1데크(21)가 이동되도록 하는 걸림브라켓트(90)(91)들로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
