The present invention relates to a variable-height prefabricated camera pole comprising: a fixed pole (110) vertically erected on the ground to be fixed and installed; a variable pole (120) which is inserted into the fixed pole (110) to be installed, and selectively adjusts the height while ascending and descending vertically; and a gap prevention means (100) on the variable pole (120) to prevent a gap on the front, rear, left, and right of a coupling portion when the variable pole is coupled to the fixed pole. The present invention forms the height of a pole in a structure allowing a worker to freely adjust the ground clearance of the pole to be conveniently used by a simple operation when newly installing and relocating communication and CCTV equipment, thereby greatly improving the quality and reliability of the variable-height prefabricated camera pole to satisfy various needs of workers who are users to provide a good impression.
