Disclosed is a height-adjustable light pole. The height-adjustable light pole disclosed herein comprises: a first support extending in the longitudinal direction and disposed on the ground; a second support disposed above the first support and vertically movable with the first support partially inserted thereinto; a light-emitting connection unit connected to an upper side of the second support to connect a light-emitting unit for emitting light; a support unit disposed between the light-emitting connection unit and the second support to support the light-emitting connection unit and the second support; and a height adjustment unit disposed at a lower end of the second support to adjust the height of the second support relative to the first support. The first support has a first guide insertion unit formed on an upper side of the first support, and the second support has a second guide insertion unit formed on a lower side of the second support. The height adjustment unit includes a guide boss which is selectively inserted into the first guide insertion unit and the second guide insertion unit to adjust the heights of the first support and the second support.
