Dust layer elevator for preventing paint mist scattering
The present invention relates to a cage elevator for a high-rise building for preventing scattering of paint mist. The cage elevator comprises: a support frame assembly (10) positioned on the rooftop of a building and having first and second protruding support frames (11, 12) protruded forward; a rooftop attachment and detachment fixing portion (20) removably fixing the support frame assembly (10) to the rooftop; a ground fixing portion (30) fixed to the ground below the support frame assembly (10); a plurality of guide wires (40) connecting the first and second protruding support frames (11, 12) and the ground fixing portion (30); an anti-vibration cage (50) guided in a sliding manner by the guide wires (40), allowing a hanging scaffold (A) for a painting worker to enter the inside thereof, and expandable up and down; and a winch portion (60) installed on the rooftop and having a winch rope (61) hung on a pulley (62) supported by the support frame assembly (10) to be connected to the anti-vibration cage (50). Therefore, the cage elevator can be easily installed and recovered when high-rise buildings are repainted.
본 발명은 고층건물 페인트 스프레이 방진케이지 승강장치에 관한 것으로서, 건물의 옥상에 위치되는 것으로서, 전방으로 돌출된 제1,2돌출지지프레임(11)(12)을 가지는 지지프레임조립체(10)와; 지지프레임조립체(10)를 상기 옥상에 착탈 가능하게 위치고정하는 옥상착탈고정부(20)와; 지지프레임조립체(10)의 하부측 지면에 위치고정되는 지면고정부(30)와; 제1,2돌출지지프레임(11)(12)과 지면고정부(30) 사이를 연결하는 다수의 가이드와이어(40)와; 가이드와이어(40)에 의하여 슬라이딩 가이드되는 것으로서, 페인팅 작업자용 달비계(A)가 내측으로 진입하며, 상하부측으로 신축 가능한 방진케이지(50)와; 옥상에 설치되는 것으로서, 지지프레임조립체(10)에 지지되는 풀리(62)에 걸치어져 방진케이지(50)와 연결되는 윈치로프(61)를 가지는 윈치부(60);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a cage elevator for a high-rise building for preventing scattering of paint mist.
