AUTO FLUSH DOOR HANDLE DEVICE AND OPERATION METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed are an auto flush door handle device and an operating method thereof. The auto flush door handle device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a handle housing which is installed through an opened outer end portion at one side on an outer panel of a door; a door handle which is stored while being inserted therein through an opening unit of the handle housing, and in which a plurality of wire rollers, a wire guider and a guide hole are formed; a screw rod which is arranged at the inner center of the handle housing, and of which one end is fixed at the center of an inner surface of the handle housing to be inserted into the door handle, and an outer circumferential surface is threaded; a spindle motor which is fastened to the screw rod by means of a rotor in a state of being mounted on an inner end portion in the door handle; and a handle switch which is hinge-coupled to an outer circumference of an outer end portion of the door handle, and in which a connecting end is integrally formed to be connected to one end of a wire connected to a door latch. Therefore, infiltration of outdoor air and moisture can be minimized.
오토 플러시 도어 핸들 장치 및 이의 작동 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 오토 플러시 도어 핸들 장치는 도어의 아웃터 패널 상의 일측에, 개구된 외단부를 통해 설치되는 핸들 하우징, 상기 핸들 하우징의 개구부를 통해 내부에 삽입된 상태로 수납되며, 내부에는 다수개의 와이어 롤러, 와이어 가이더, 및 가이드 홀이 형성되는 도어 핸들, 상기 핸들 하우징의 내부 중앙에 배치된 상태로, 일단이 상기 핸들 하우징의 내면 중앙에 고정되어 상기 도어 핸들의 내부에 삽입되며, 외주면에는 스크루가 형성되는 스크루 로드, 상기 도어 핸들의 내부에서, 내단부에 장착된 상태로 회전자를 통하여 상기 스크루 로드에 체결된 스핀들 모터, 및 상기 도어 핸들의 외단부의 외주 측에 힌지 체결되며, 도어 래치에 연결되는 와이어의 일단이 연결되는 연결단이 일체로 형성되는 핸들 스위치를 포함한다.
