An exterior material fixing device of the present invention comprises: an anchor member (100) which penetrates an insulation material (500) arranged to come in contact with the outer wall surface of a building to be coupled through an anchor insertion hole formed on the outer wall surface of the building; a connecting member (200) which is coupled to the insulation material in a state of being penetrated by the anchor member; a bracket (300) which supports a constructed exterior material in a state of being coupled over the connecting member, while being arranged to be spaced apart from the anchor member while not coming in contact therewith; an adjustment bolt (700) which is upwardly spaced from the anchor member in order to adjust the inclination of the connecting member in order to be coupled over the connecting member; a first fastening member (150) which fastens the connecting member over the anchor member; a second fastening member (350) which fastens the bracket over the connecting member; and a heat exchange blocking cap (400) which is coupled over the end portion of the anchor member or the end portion of the adjustment bolt (700). Here, the adjustment bolt (700) adjusts the location of the connecting member by being rotated in a state in which the distal end thereof touches the outer wall surface of the building while penetrating the insulation material (500).
본 발명에 따른 외장재 고정 장치는 상기 건축물의 외부 벽면 상에 밀착 배치된 단열재(500)를 관통하여 건축물의 외부 벽면 상에 형성된 앵커 삽입공을 통해 결합되는 앵커 부재(100); 상기 앵커 부재가 관통된 상태로 상기 단열재 상에 결합되는 접속 부재(200); 상기 접속 부재 상에 결합된 상태에서 시공된 외장재를 지지하되 상기 앵커 부재와는 미접촉 상태로 이격 배치되는 브라켓(300); 상기 접속 부재의 경사도 조절을 위해 상기 앵커 부재에서 상부로 이격되어 상기 접속 부재 상에 결합하는 조정 볼트(700); 상기 접속 부재를 상기 앵커 부재 상에 결속하는 제1 결속 부재(150); 상기 브라켓을 상기 접속 부재 상에 결속하는 제2 결속 부재(350); 및 상기 앵커 부재의 단부 또는 조정 볼트(700)의 단부 상에 결합되는 열교 차단캡(400);을 포함하고, 상기 조정 볼트(700)는 상기 단열재(500)를 관통한 상태에서, 그 끝단이 상기 건축물의 외부 벽면 상에 닿은 상태로 회전 구동함으로써 상기 접속 부재의 위치를 조정한다.
