The present invention relates to a vehicle lane painting apparatus and a vehicle lane painting method using the same, which reuse waste oil generated when washing a residual painting agent and a hardening agent for changing the color of the painting agent by a circulation method, thereby promoting the enhancement of washing efficiency with a small amount of washing agent; improves the structure so that the washing agent moves through a nozzle, thereby completely washing even the painting agent remaining in the nozzle and thus preventing pollution of colors in accordance with the change in painting agent; and specifically, maintains a certain painting speed without being affected by a vehicle′s driving speed to promote an enhancement of the quality of the painting on the vehicle lane. Accordingly, the vehicle lane painting apparatus comprises: a painting agent supply pipe (100); a hardening agent supply line (200); a mixer (300); a vehicle lane painter (400); and a painting agent washing unit (500).
본 발명은 차선도색장치 및 이를 이용한 차선도색방법에 관련되며, 이는 도색제의 색상교체를 위해 잔류도색제와 경화제의 세척시 발생되는 폐유를 순환방식으로 재사용하므로 적은 양의 세척제로 세척효율 향상을 도모하고, 세척제가 노즐을 통과하여 이동되도록 구조개선하여 노즐에 잔류하는 도색제까지 깨끗하게 세척되어 도색제 변경에 따른 색상오염이 방지되며, 특히 차량 주행속도에 영향을 받지 않고 도색속도가 일정하게 유지되어 차선도색 품질향상을 도모하기 위해 도색제 공급관(100), 경화제 공급라인(200), 믹서기(300), 차선도색기(400), 도색제 세척부(500)를 포함하여 주요구성으로 이루어진다.
