RAIL JOINT FOR CONNECTING UPPER PLATES OF BRIDGE EXPANSIVELY

The present invention relates to a rail joint for elastically connecting a bridge, which comprises: a pair of edge beams each coupled to at least one upper plate selected from a PC box girder and a steel box girder which are spaced apart from each other; a plurality of middle beams spaced apart from each other while being spaced apart from the edge beams between the edge beams; a plurality of rubber seals coupled to be replaceable to the edge beams and the middle beams so as to shield a separation space between the edge beams and the middle beams, and preventing infiltration of foreign matters while elastically connecting the edge beams and the middle beams at a corresponding position; and a plurality of anchors fastening the edge beams to the PC box girder or the steel box girder. According to the present invention, noise generated when a vehicle passes can be significantly reduced.

교량 신축이음용 레일 조인트에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명의 교량 신축이음용 레일 조인트는, 상호 이격되는 PC 박스 거더(PC BOX GIRDER)와 스틸 박스 거더(STEEL BOX GIRDER) 중에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 한 상판에 각각 결합하는 한 쌍의 에지 빔(EDGE BEAM); 상기 한 쌍의 에지 빔 사이에서 상기 에지 빔과 이격되는 한편 서로간에도 이격 배치되는 복수의 미들 빔(MIDDLE BEAM); 상기 에지 빔과 상기 미들 빔 사이의 이격 공간을 차폐할 수 있도록 상기 에지 빔과 상기 미들 빔에 교체할 수 있게 결합하며, 해당 위치에서 상기 에지 빔과 상기 미들 빔 간을 신축이음하면서 이물 침투를 저지시키는 복수의 러버 실(RUBBER SEAL); 및 상기 에지 빔을 상기 PC 박스 거더 또는 상기 스틸 박스 거더에 체결하는 복수의 앵커(ANCKOR)를 포함한다.
