FINGER JOINT FOR CONNECTING UPPER PLATES OF BRIDGE EXPANSIVELY

The present invention relates to a finger joint for an expansion joint of a bridge. The finger joint for an expansion joint of a bridge includes: a pair of finger plates forming an upper plate of a girder, arranged with each other in a finger method, and approached to or spaced apart from each other; a rubber seal coupled to the pair of finger plates to be replaceable so as to cover a separation space between the pair of finger plates and blocking penetration of foreign substances while performing the expansion joint between the pair of finger plates in a corresponding position; and a welding stud which fixes the finger plate to an installation surface, of which one end portion is welded on the finger plates, and which forms one body with the finger plates.

교량 신축이음용 핑거 조인트에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명의 교량 신축이음용 핑거 조인트는, 거더(GIRDER)의 상판을 이루되 핑거(FINGER) 방식으로 서로 배치되면서 상호간 접근 또는 이격되는 한 쌍의 핑거 플레이트(FINGER PLATE); 상기 한 쌍의 핑거 플레이트 사이의 이격 공간을 차폐할 수 있도록 상기 한 쌍의 핑거 플레이트에 교체할 수 있게 결합하며, 해당 위치에서 상기 한 쌍의 핑거 플레이트 간을 신축이음하면서 이물 침투를 저지시키는 러버 실(RUBBER SEAL); 및 상기 핑거 플레이트를 설치면에 고정시키되 일단부가 상기 핑거 플레이트에 용접(WELDING)되어 상기 핑거 플레이트와 한 몸체를 이루는 용접형 스터드(STUD)를 포함한다.
