Winding Machine for Instllation of Saftey Rope
The present invention relates to a winding machine installed in a facility, which is a high-place work target, adjacently to the ground to be used to install a safety rope for high-place work in the facility. According to the present invention, the winding machine includes: a housing installed by being coupled to a facility; a drum having a rotary shaft, coupled to the housing to be rotatable, and having one end of a wire for installation fixed thereto and the wire for installation wound thereon by rotation; a handle coupled to the rotary shaft of the drum to enable a worker to rotate the rotary shaft; and a latchet tool switched between a state in which the drum can be rotated in one direction and a state in which the drum can be rotated in both directions. When a safety rope needs to be installed, one end of the safety rope is coupled to the other end of the wire for installation and the latchet tool is switched to the state in which the drum can be rotated in one direction and then, the drum is rotated by the handle to wind the wire for installation on the drum. Accordingly, the safety rope can be placed on a position for the placement of the wire for installation in the facility by replacing the wire for installation.
이 발명은 지면에 인접하게 고소 작업 대상인 시설물에 설치되어 고소 작업용 안전 로프를 시설물에 설치하기 하는 데 이용되는 권선기에 관한 것으로서, 이 발명의 권선기는, 시설물에 결합되어 설치되는 하우징; 회전축을 갖추고 하우징에 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 설치용 와이어의 일단이 고정되고 회전에 의해 설치용 와이어가 권취되는 드럼; 드럼의 회전축에 결합되어 작업자가 회전축을 회전시키는 핸들; 및 드럼이 일방향으로만 회전 가능한 상태와 드럼이 양 방향으로 회전 가능한 상태 사이에서 전환되는 래칫 기구를 포함하여 구성되고, 안전 로프의 설치 시에 설치용 와이어의 타단에 안전 로프의 일단을 결합하고 래칫 기구를 드럼이 일방향으로만 회전하는 상태로 전환한 후에 핸들에 의해 드럼을 회전시켜 설치용 와이어를 드럼에 권취함으로써 안전 로프가 설치용 와이어를 대신하여 시설물에서의 설치용 와이어의 배치 위치에 배치되는 것이다.
