LUMINOUS PAVEMENT AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to luminous aggregate to increase aesthetic impression and safety of a road, a manufacturing method thereof, and a luminous pavement method using the same. According to the present invention, the luminous aggregate is manufactured by mixing luminous pigments, distilled water, an acrylic resin, and a stabilizer, and then spraying the mixture to crushed aggregate in an air-assisted airless type. Moreover, the method for manufacturing the luminous aggregate comprises: an A-1 step of crushing the luminous aggregate; an A-2 step of trimming a surface after washing the crushed aggregate; an A-3 step of preheating the trimmed aggregate; an A-4 step of mixing the luminous pigments, the distilled water, the acrylic resin, and the stabilizer, and then spraying the mixture to the preheated aggregate; an A-5 step of coating the aggregate coated with the luminous pigments; and an A-6 step of heating the coated aggregate, and then cooling and dehydrating the heated aggregate.
본 발명은 야광골재와 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 야광도로포장 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 우수한 투수성, 내구성을 가지며 도로의 심미성과 안정성을 높일 수 있도록 한 야광골재와 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 야광도로포장 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 야광골재는, 야광안료, 증류수, 아크릴계 수지, 안정제를 혼합한 후 분쇄한 골재에 에어어시스트에어레스(Air assisted airless) 방식으로 도포하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 야광골재 제조방법은, 골재를 분쇄하는 제 A-1단계; 상기 분쇄한 골재를 세척한 후 표면 다듬기를 실시하는 제 A-2단계; 상기 표면 다듬기를 실시한 골재를 예열하는 제 A-3단계; 야광안료, 증류수, 아크릴계 수지, 안정제를 혼합한 후 상기 예열한 골재에 도포하는 제 A-4단계; 상기 야광안료를 도포한 골재를 코팅하는 제 A-5단계; 상기 코팅한 골재를 가열 함침한 후 냉각하여 건조를 수행하는 제 A-6단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 야광골재를 이용한 야광도로포장 시공방법은, 시공할 지면을 정리하고 건조하는 제 S-1단계; 칼라골재, 베이스 골재 중 적어도 어느 하나와 야광골재를 배합하여 배합 골재를 제조하는 제 S-2단계; 상기 배합 골재와 바인더, 경화제를 믹싱하는 제 S-3단계; 상기 믹싱한 배합 골재를 지면에 도포하여 포설하는 제 S-4단계; 상기 포설된 배합 골재를 평탄화하기 위하여 다지는 제 S-5단계; 상기 다진 배합 골재를 건조하는 제 S-6단계; 상기 건조한 배합 골재의 상면을 코팅하는 제 S-7단계; 상기 코팅한 배합 골재를 건조 및 양생하는 제 S-8단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
