Construction method of railroad way concrete
The present invention relates to a roadbed concrete construction method. The roadbed concrete construction method includes: a workspace formation step of forming a workspace having a U-shaped cross section, in which roadbed concrete is placed, by placing mortar; a rebar arrangement step of arranging rebars in a grid form in the workspace, while fixing a contact part of the rebars in an insulated state; a vertical deacon nut installation step of fixing an anchor bolt to the floor along the trace of rails to both sides of the workspace, and then, inserting a deacon nut into the upper part of the anchor bolt; a horizontal deacon nut installation step of fixing a support bolt to the rebars in a horizontal state, and then, inserting a deacon nut into the front end of the support bolt; a mold installation step of installing a mold to be supported on the deacon nuts installed vertically and horizontally, while controlling the height and lateral length of the mold with the deacon nuts; a vertical movement prevention step of preventing the vertical movement of the mold while fixing the mold to the deacon nuts supporting the base of the mold by penetrating the floor of the mold; a placement step of placing mortar in the workspace outside the mold; and a demolding step of removing the mold after the placed mortar is solidified. Therefore, an installation space from which the mold is removed is used to install a concrete crosstie, and then, rails are installed.
본 발명은 도상 콘크리트가 설치되는 단면이형태를 갖는 작업공간을 몰타르를 타설하여 형성하는 작업공간 형성과정과, 상기 작업공간에 철근을 이용하여 격자 형태로 배근을 하되 철근의 맞닿는 부위는 절연 상태로 고정시키는 철근 배근과정과, 상기 작업공간의 양쪽으로 레일이 지나는 궤적을 따라 바닥에 앵커볼트를 고정시킨 후 앵커볼트의 상단에 디콘 너트를 끼우는 수직 디콘 너트 설치과정과, 상기 철근에 수평 상태로 지지볼트를 고정시킨 후 지지볼트의 선단에 디콘 너트를 끼우는 수평 디콘 너트 설치과정과, 상기 수직과 수평으로 설치된 디콘 너트에 받쳐지게 형틀을 설치하되 디콘 너트로 형틀의 높낮이와 좌우 길이를 조절하는 형틀 설치과정과, 상기 형틀의 바닥을 관통하여 형틀의 저면을 받치는 디콘 너트에 고정되면서 형틀의 상하 이동을 방지하는 상하 이동 방지과정과, 상기 형틀의 외측으로 작업공간에 몰타르 타설을 하는 타설과정과, 타설된 몰타르가 굳은 후 형틀을 빼내는 탈형과정을 수행함으로써 형틀이 제거된 설치공간을 이용하여 콘크리트 침목을 설치한 후 레일의 설치가 이루어지게 된다.

The present invention relates to a roadbed concrete construction method. Therefore, an installation space from which the mold is removed is used to install a concrete crosstie, and then, rails are installed.
