FILLER FOR ARTIFICIAL TURF CONTAINING TERPENE
The present invention relates to a terpene-containing filler for artificial turf, packed in the lower part of artificial turf. The terpene-containing filler for artificial turf includes: 25-35 parts by weight of a polymer resin selected from a polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin and a polyolefinic polymer as a resin blend thereof; 50-80 parts by weight of basalt powder; 5-20 parts by weight of bamboo powder; 10-80 parts by weight of terpene; 0.5-3 parts by weight of an inorganic pigment; 1-5 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent; 1-3 parts by weight of a lubricant; and 3-10 parts by weight of a physical property-improving agent, based on 100 parts by weight of an elastic material selected from non-vulcanized natural rubber, synthetic rubber of SEBS (Styrene Ethylene Butylene Styrene), SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) and EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), and cork. The terpene-containing filler for artificial turf includes terpene, basalt powder and bamboo powder, and thus shows increased anti-bacterial property, prevents a rubbery odor and a deterioration phenomenon at high temperature, occurring frequently in the summer, and realizes eco-friendly characteristics.
본 발명은 인조잔디의 하부측에 충진되는 테르펜 함유 인조잔디용 충진재에 관한 것으로서, 미가황 천연고무, SEBS(Styrene Ethylene Butylene Styrene), SBR(Stylene Butadiene Rubber), EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)의 합성고무, 코르크(cork) 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 탄성재질 100중량부에 대하여; 폴리에틸렌계 수지, 폴리프로필렌계 수지, 이들의 혼합수지인 폴리올레핀계 중합체 중에서 선택된 1종의 폴리머수지 25~35중량부; 화산석분말 50~80중량부; 대나무분말 5~20중량부; 테르펜 10~50중량부; 무기질안료 0.5~3중량부; 가교제 1~5중량부; 윤활제 1~3중량부; 물성개선제 3~10중량부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 테르펜을 함유하고 화산석분말 및 대나무를 포함하는 구성을 통해 항균성을 높일 수 있고 여름철에 많이 발생되는 고무냄새 및 고온 열화현상을 방지할 수 있으며 친환경성을 구현할 수 있는 테르펜을 함유한 인조잔디용 충진재를 제공할 수 있다.
