ARTIFICIAL TURF STRUCTURE CONTAINING TERPENE
The present invention relates to an artificial turf structure containing terpene. According to the present invention, the artificial turf structure containing terpene comprises: pile yarn for artificial turf; a foamed sheet in which the pile turf is turfed and fixed; and a coating layer coated on the rear surface of the foamed sheet to fix the pile yarn to the foamed sheet. The pile yarn comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of one polymer resin selected from a polyethylene resin, a polypropylene resin, and a polyolefin polymer which is a mixed resin thereof, 10-80 parts by weight terpene, 5-20 parts by weight of bamboo powder, 1-10 parts by weight of volcanic stone powder, 0.5-3 parts by weight of inorganic pigment, 1-3 parts by weight of UV stabilizer, 3-10 parts by weight of a physical property modifier, and 1-5 parts by weight of a functional additive. Accordingly, the artificial turf structure contains a terpene component having excellent antibacterial properties, such that the antibacterial properties are increased, thereby providing a pleasant environment to an installation place side such as a stadium and the like.
본 발명은 테르펜을 함유한 인조잔디 구조체에 관한 것으로서, 인조잔디용 파일원사와, 상기 파일원사가 터프팅되어 고정되는 기포지, 및 상기 기포지 이면에 코팅되어 상기 파일원사를 상기 기포지에 고정시키는 코팅층을 포함하는 인조잔디 구조체에 있어서, 상기 파일원사는, 폴리에틸렌계 수지, 폴리프로필렌계 수지, 이들의 혼합수지인 폴리올레핀계 중합체 중에서 선택된 1종의 폴리머수지 100중량부를 기준으로 하여 테르펜 10~80중량부, 대나무분말 5~20중량부, 화산석분말 1~10중량부, 무기질안료 0.5~3중량부, UV안정제 1~3중량부, 물성개선제 3~10중량부, 및 기능성 첨가제 1~5중량부를 포함하는 혼합 조성으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 우수한 항균성을 갖는 테르펜 성분을 함유하는 것으로서 항균성을 높일 수 있고, 이를 통해 경기장 등 설치장소 측에 쾌적한 환경을 제공할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an artificial turf structure containing terpene.
