The present invention relates to a waterproofing method which applies an asphalt sheet used to waterproof a floor or a wall and applies a structure capable of maximizing air permeability. The present invention provides a coating material-laminating waterproofing method using an air-permeable panel, which comprises: a first step of arranging an air-permeable panel of which the vertical length is 2-3 times larger than the horizontal length on a surface (A) to be constructed; a second step of arranging a plurality of improved asphalt unit sheets on the surface (A) to be constructed so as to be adjacent to each other in a structure in which the center of the air-permeable panel corresponds to the longitudinal center of the adjacent portions (B, C); a third step of forming a glass fiber layer in the longitudinal direction of the adjacent portions (B, C); and a fourth step of laminating a coating layer on the air-permeable panel and the plurality of improved asphalt unit sheets.

본 발명은 바닥이나 벽체등의 방수 시공을 위하여 사용되는 아스팔트 시트를 적용하고, 통기성을 극대화할 수 있는 구조물을 적용하는 방수 시공방법에 대한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명에서는, 시공 대상면(A) 상에 가로:세로 비율이 1:(2~3)인 통기형 판넬을 배치하는 1단계, 상기 시공 대상면(A) 상에 다수의 개량형 아스팔트 단위시트를 상호 인접하도록 배치하되, 상기 통기형 판넬의 중심부가 상기 인접부(B, C)의 길이방향의 중심부에 대응되는 구조로 배치하는 2단계, 상기 인접부(B, C)의 길이방향을 따라 유리섬유층을 형성하는 3단계, 상기 다수의 개량형 아스팔트 단위시트 및 통기형 판넬 상에 도막층을 적층하는 4단계를 포함하는, 통기성 판넬을 이용한 도막제 적층 방수 시공방법을 제공한다.
