Waterproofing Method for Panel Constructions
According to the present invention, a waterproofing method for panel buildings includes the following steps of: removing impurities from a construction surface; installing an extrusion heating plate on a groove of the construction surface; stacking and fixing a composite insulation material onto a surface of the construction surface including an upper surface of the extrusion heating plate; applying a waterproofing material to an upper surface of the composite insulation material; attaching a fiber sheet to an upper surface of the waterproofing material; reapplying the waterproofing material to an upper surface of the fiber sheet; and applying a top coat material to an upper surface of the reapplied waterproofing material. According to the present invention, the waterproofing method for panel buildings prevents a waterproof layer from being damaged or detached, thereby increasing crack resistance to maximize waterproof, attachable, and watertight properties.
본 발명에 따른 패널 건축물의 방수 방법은, 시공면의 불순물을 제거하는 단계; 상기 시공면의 홈에 압출보온판을 설치하는 단계; 상기 압출보온판의 상면을 포함한 상기 시공면의 표면에 복합단열재를 적층하여 고정하는 단계; 상기 복합단열재의 상면에 방수재를 도포하는 단계; 상기 방수재의 상면에 섬유시트를 부착하는 단계; 상기 섬유시트의 상면에 방수재를 재도포하는 단계; 재도포된 상기 방수재의 상면에 탑코트재를 도포하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면 방수층의 손상이나 탈락이 방지되도록 하여 내크랙성을 높여 방수성 및 부착성과 수밀성을 극대화할 수 있다.
