Cast-in-place concrete blocks using large scales and revetment methods using them
The present invention relates to a cast-in-place concrete block using a large gunny sack and a revetment constructing method using the same, which are used for revetment construction for reinforcing various slopes of the sea, lake, and river, and directly generate and construct a concrete block on site to reduce time and costs required for transportation and to reduce the concern of sweeping by a flow rate or corrosion. To this end, the revetment constructing method of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) determining a standard of a concrete block suitable for a slope′s gradient in accordance with an inclined embankment; (b) manufacturing a gunny sack to manufacture the determined concrete block on site; (c) generating a cast-in-place concrete block by filling the gunny sack with concrete; (d) continuously installing the generated concrete block on the gradient of the slope; (e) installing a drain hole on a contact surface of the stacked concrete blocks; and (f) connecting and combining the continuously arranged concrete blocks.
본 발명은 대형마대를 이용한 현장 타설형 콘크리트블록 및 이를 이용한 호안공사 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 바다, 호수, 하천의 각종 법면을 보강하기 위해 축조되는 호안(護岸)공사시 사용하되 공사 현장에서 콘크리트블록을 직접 생성하여 시공함으로써 운반에 소요되는 시간 및 비용을 절감하고, 유속에 의해 쓸려나가거나 부식에 의한 염려를 줄일 수 있는 대형마대를 이용한 현장 타설형 콘크리트블록 및 이를 이용한 호안공사 방법에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 본 발명은, a) 제체사면에 따른 법면(法面)의 구배(勾配)에 적합한 콘크리트 블록의 규격을 결정하는 단계; b) 결정된 콘크리트 블록을 현장에서 제작하기 위한 마대를 제작하는 단계;, c) 상기 마대에 콘크리트를 채워서 현장 타설형 콘크리트블록을 생성하는 단계; d) 생성된 콘크리트블록을 법면의 구배에 연속적으로 설치하는 단계; e) 적층된 콘크리트블록의 접면에 배수구를 설치하는 단계; f) 연속 배치된 복수의 콘크리트블록을 상호 연결하여 결합하는 단계;를 포함한다.
