Piping Internal Reinforcement Device Having Ring Unit
According to the present invention, an apparatus for reinforcing the inside of a pipe including a ring unit includes: a ring unit formed in a ring shape to have a shape corresponding to a circumference of an inner circumferential surface of the pipe; a plurality of first coupling units including a first base part spaced apart from the inner circumferential surface of the pipe, a ring fixing part protruding from the first base part to the inner circumferential surface side of the pipe so that the ring unit is fixed, and a first fixing coupling part protruding from the first base part in the central direction of the pipe, and installed to be spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the pipe; and second coupling units which include a second fixing coupling part coupled to the first fixing coupling part to be coupled to the first coupling units and in which a new inner wall of the pipe is formed by a surface toward the central direction of the pipe. Therefore, the apparatus for reinforcing the inside of a pipe including the ring unit can effectively and quickly reinforce the inside of the pipe even when damage to the inside of the pipe is severe.
본 발명에 따른 링유닛을 포함하는 배관 내부 보강장치는, 배관의 내주면 둘레에 대응되는 형상을 가지도록 링 형태로 형성되는 링유닛, 상기 배관의 내주면과 이격되는 제1베이스부와, 상기 제1베이스부로부터 상기 배관의 내주면 측으로 돌출되어 상기 링유닛이 고정되는 링고정부와, 상기 제1베이스부로부터 상기 배관의 중심 방향으로 돌출된 제1고정결합부를 포함하며, 상기 배관의 길이 방향을 따라 이격되어 설치되는 복수 개의 제1결합유닛 및 상기 제1고정결합부와 결합되는 제2고정결합부를 포함하여 상기 제1결합유닛에 결합되며, 상기 배관의 중심 방향으로 향한 면이 배관의 새로운 내벽을 형성하는 제2결합유닛을 포함한다.
