An objective of the present invention is to provide a pipe interior reinforcement device to lower work difficulty and minimize required costs. The pipe interior reinforcement device including an inner wall forming unit having an insertion-type coupling member according to the present invention includes the inner wall forming unit that comprises: a plurality of base units provided with a plurality of insertion grooves exposed in the center direction of a pipe, and separated from each other in the longitudinal direction of the pipe to be installed along the circumference of the inner surface of the pipe; and a plurality of insertion-type coupling members which are fastened across at least a pair of base units adjacent to each other among the plurality of base units, and provided to be continuously coupled to each other along the circumference of the inner surface of the base units to form a new inner wall of the pipe. The insertion-type coupling member includes: an inner wall forming part provided to cover the inner surface of the base units; a first coupler which is formed on one side of the inner wall forming part, protrudes to be fastened to the insertion grooves, and has a fastening groove on the opposite side in the protruding direction; and a second coupler formed on the other side of the inner wall forming part, and fastened to the fastening groove of another adjacent insertion-type coupling member.
본 발명에 따른 끼움식 결합부재가 구비된 내벽형성유닛을 포함하는 배관 내부 보강장치는, 배관의 중심 방향으로 노출된 복수 개의 끼움홈이 형성되고, 상기 배관의 길이 방향을 따라 서로 이격되어 상기 배관의 내면 둘레를 따라 설치되는 복수 개의 베이스유닛 및 상기 복수 개의 베이스유닛 중 적어도 서로 인접한 한 쌍의 베이스유닛에 걸쳐 체결되되, 상기 베이스유닛의 내면 둘레를 따라 연속적으로 서로 결합되도록 구비되어 상기 배관의 새로운 내벽을 형성하는 복수 개의 끼움식 결합부재를 포함하는 내벽형성유닛을 포함하고, 상기 끼움식 결합부재는, 상기 베이스유닛의 내면을 덮도록 구비되는 내벽형성부, 상기 내벽형성부의 일측에 형성되며, 상기 끼움홈에 체결되도록 돌출되되, 돌출 방향의 반대 측에 체결홈이 형성되는 제1결합구 및 상기 내벽형성부의 타측에 형성되며, 인접한 다른 끼움식 결합부재의 상기 체결홈에 체결되는 제2결합구를 포함한다.

An objective of the present invention is to provide a pipe interior reinforcement device to lower work difficulty and minimize required costs.
