Spray Nozzle for Traffic Lane Construction with Diffuser Hole
The present invention relates to a spray nozzle for traffic lane construction, which is installed in a lower part of a paint tank to discharge and spray traffic lane paint towards a road surface so as to efficiently construct traffic lanes having uniform lane widths overall by discharging traffic lane paint to a road surface at uniform dispersion pressure. The spray nozzle includes: a nozzle housing fixed to the lower part of the paint tank and having a rotary guide passage formed inside in a transverse direction, and including a paint inlet formed at the top of the rotary guide passage to be connected to the paint tank and a paint outlet formed at the bottom of the rotary guide passage; and a nozzle bar installed to be rotatable by being combined inside the rotary guide passage of the nozzle housing, and formed to open or close the paint outlet of the nozzle housing. The nozzle bar includes: an outer spray groove dented inwardly along the outer circumference to discharge and spray traffic lane paint onto an outer path; and a diffuser hole formed in a vertical direction on the outer spray groove to disperse and spray the discharge pressure of the traffic lane paint.
본 발명은 도로의 노면에 차선도료를 균일한 분산압력으로 토출하여 전체적으로 차선 폭이 일정한 차선을 효율적으로 시공함을 제공하도록, 도료탱크의 하부에 장착하여 차선도료를 노면을 향해 토출 분사하는 차선시공용 스프레이 노즐에 있어서, 상기 도료탱크의 하부에 고정 설치되고 내측에 횡 방향으로 관통 형성된 회전가이드로를 형성하며, 상기 회전가이드로의 상단에 상기 도료탱크와 연통하게 형성된 도료유입공 및 상기 회전가이드로의 하단에 형성된 도료토출구를 구비하는 노즐하우징과; 상기 노즐하우징의 회전가이드로 내 결합하여 회전가능하게 설치되고, 상기 노즐하우징의 상기 도료토출구를 개폐할 수 있게 구성하는 노즐바;를 포함하고, 상기 노즐바는, 외주 둘레를 따라 내측으로 오목하게 형성되어 차선도료를 외곽경로로 토출 분사하는 외곽분사홈과, 상기 외곽분사홈 상에 상하 수직방향으로 관통 형성되어 차선도료의 토출압력을 분산 분사하는 디퓨저홀을 포함하는 디퓨저 홀이 형성된 차선시공용 스프레이 노즐을 제공한다.
