The present invention relates to a panel for a soundproof tunnel with a solar cell. More specifically, the panel for a soundproof tunnel with a solar cell comprises: a solar cell layer configured such that a solar cell module is interposed between flexible high polymers; and an adhesive layer formed on one surface of the solar cell layer. The panel for a soundproof tunnel with a solar cell is applied with the solar cell layer, in which the solar cell module is interposed between the flexible high polymers, to be easily applied to an existing soundproof tunnel and is formed with the adhesive layer having excellent transmittance to improve efficiency of the solar cell.
