Pile yarn composition for artificial turf using diatomaceous earth and pile yarn made from the composition
The present invention relates to a pile yarn composition for artificial turf, and more specifically, to a pile yarn composition for artificial turf using diatomaceous earth or pile yarn for artificial turf manufactured by using a pile yarn composition for artificial turf using diatomaceous earth, the pile yarn composition comprising: 0.01-10 parts by weight of diatomaceous earth of a powder type of a 150 mesh size and 0.01-10 parts by weight of a pigment based on 100 parts by weight of polyethylene consisting of linear low density polyethylene and linear medium density polyethylene in a weight ratio of 4 : 1. The present invention manufactures the pile yarn by using the composition containing the diatomaceous earth. Therefore, provided is the pile yarn for artificial turf comprising a function of collecting, decomposing, and cleaning fine dust; a function of reducing a stadium temperature by storing moisture; a function of preventing fungal and bacterial growth with antioxidant action; and a function of absorbing moisture in a body and epidermis of pests and eradicating the same.
본 발명은 인조잔디용 파일원사 조성물에 있어서, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌과 선형 중밀도 폴리에틸렌이 4 : 1의 중량비로 이루어진 폴리에틸렌 100 중량부에 대하여, 150 메쉬 크기의 분말 형태의 규조토 0.01 ~ 10 중량부와, 안료 0.01 ~ 10 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 규조토를 이용한 인조잔디용 파일원사 조성물에 관한 것이며, 또한, 상기 규조토가 함유된 인조잔디용 파일원사 조성물을 이용하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디용 파일원사에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본 발명은 규조토가 함유된 조성물로 파일원사를 제조함으로서, 미세먼지를 포집 · 분해 · 세정하는 기능, 수분을 저장하여 구장 온도를 저감하는 기능, 항산화 작용으로 곰팡이 및 세균 서식 방지 기능, 해충의 체내 및 표피 수분을 흡수하여 박멸하는 기능을 가지는 인조잔디용 파일원사를 제공한다.
