Pile yarn composition for artificial turf that is easy to reduce carbon and collect fine dust and pile yarn made from the composition
The present invention relates to a composition for obtaining pile yarn for artificial turf to easily reduce carbon and collect fine dust based on biomass synthetic resin containing diatomite. The composition comprises: 0.01-5 parts by weight of diatomite of a powder form with a 150 mesh size and 0.01-10 parts by weight of pigment based on 100 parts by weight of the biomass synthetic resin including 20-25 wt% of a biomass complex. Also, the present invention relates to pile yarn for artificial turf manufactured by using the composition for obtaining pile yarn for artificial turf to easily reduce carbon and collect fine dust. The pile yarn for artificial turf to easily reduce carbon and collect fine dust of the present invention can reduce carbon dioxide by being manufactured by the composition containing the diatomite based on the biomass synthetic resin. The pile yarn for artificial turf includes a function of collecting, decomposing, and washing the fine dust; a function of reducing a stadium temperature by storing moisture; a function of preventing fungi and bacteria with anti-oxidant action; and a function of absorbing and eradicating the moisture in a body and epidermis of pests.
본 발명은 규조토가 함유된 바이오매스 합성수지를 기반으로 하여 탄소 저감 및 미세먼지 포집이 용이한 인조잔디용 파일원사를 얻기 위한 조성물에 있어서, 바이오매스 복합체가 20 ~ 25중량% 포함되는 바이오매스 합성수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 150메쉬 크기 분말 형태의 규조토 0.01 ~ 5 중량부와, 안료 0.01 ~ 10 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 저감 및 미세먼지 포집이 용이한 인조잔디용 파일원사 조성물에 관한 것이며, 또한, 상기 탄소 저감 및 미세먼지 포집이 용이한 인조잔디용 파일원사 조성물을 이용하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디용 파일원사에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 탄소 저감 및 미세먼지 포집이 용이한 인조잔디용 파일원사는 바이오매스 합성수지를 기반으로 하여, 규조토가 함유된 조성물로 제조함으로서, 이산화탄소를 저감하며, 미세먼지를 포집 · 분해 · 세정하는 기능, 수분을 저장하여 구장 온도를 저감하는 기능, 항산화 작용으로 곰팡이 및 세균 서식 방지 기능, 해충의 체내 및 표피 수분을 흡수하여 박멸하는 기능을 가지는 인조잔디용 파일원사를 제공한다.
