WOOD DECK BREAKAGE PREVENTION TYPE DECK SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a wood deck breakage prevention-type deck system, which provides a simple structure to enclose the gap between a wood deck and another wood deck to prevent an accident from occurring due to a gap between the wood decks in advance, and to offset an external force applied onto the wood decks to significantly reduce breakage by an external force after construction. To this end, the deck system comprises: a frame (10) fixed to the ground surface; a plurality of wood decks (20) successively arranged on the upper surface of the frame (10); a plurality of deck clips (30) arranged on the upper surface of the frame (10) between the wood decks (20) to fix the wood decks (20); an insertion member (40) inserted between the wood decks (20) to the upper portion of the deck clips (30); and a fixing screw (50) provided on the upper surface of the insertion member (40) to penetrate the deck clip (30) to be fastened to the frame (10).
본 발명은 간단한 구조로 목재데크와 목재데크 사이를 밀봉하여 목재데크 사이의 벌어진 틈에 의한 안전사고 유발이 미연에 방지되도록 하고 목재데크에 가해지는 외력을 상쇄하여 시공후 외력에 의한 파손이 현저히 감소되도록 하는 목재데크 파손 방지형 데크 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 데크 시스템은 지면에 고정되는 프레임(10)과, 상기 프레임(10)의 상면에 연속하여 배치되는 다수의 목재데크(20)와, 상기 목재데크(20)와 목재데크(20)의 사이로 상기 프레임(10)의 상면에 배치되어 상기 목재데크(20)를 고정시키는 다수의 데크클립(30)과, 상기 데크클립(30)의 상부로 상기 목재데크(20)와 목재데크(20)의 사이에 끼워지는 끼움부재(40)와, 상기 끼움부재(40)의 상면에서 상기 데크클립(30)을 관통하여 상기 프레임(10)에 체결되는 고정나사(50)를 포함한다.
