SLIP PREVENTION TYPE WOOD DECK
The present invention relates to a slip prevention type wood deck, which can smoothly prevent a non-slip portion from being separated or left by embedding the non-slip portion in a metal plate, which comprises: a wood plate in which an embedded groove is formed to be flat along the center of an upper surface, wherein the wood plate is formed with long plate-shaped wood in a longitudinal direction; a metal plate attached by being inserted into an internal side of the embedded groove, relatively provided in comparison to an upper surface of the wood plate, provided with a filling groove to be flat along the center of an upper surface, gradually lowered toward a front end and a rear end on both ends of the filling groove to correspond to an upper surface of the wood plate for a pair of inclined surfaces to be formed to be symmetrical to the upper surface, and formed with a metal material; and a non-slip portion formed by mixing an adhesive to a hard particle, and formed to be hardened in a state of being filled in the filling groove.
본 발명은 논슬립부를 금속판에 매입하여 논슬립부의 분리나 이탈이 원활히 방지되도록 하는 슬립 방지형 목재 데크에 관한 것으로, 본 목재 데크는 상면 중앙을 따라 평평하게 매입홈이 형성되고, 길이 방향으로 긴 판형의 목재로 형성되는 목재판과; 상기 매입홈의 내측에 삽입되어 부착되고, 상기 목재판의 상면보다 상대적으로 높게 구비되며, 상면 중앙을 따라 평평하게 충진홈이 형성되고, 상기 충진홈의 양단에서 선단과 후단을 향해 점차 낮아져 상기 목재판의 상면과 일치되도록 상면에 대칭되게 한 쌍의 경사면이 형성되며, 금속 재질로 형성되는 금속판과; 경질의 입자에 접착제를 혼합하여 형성되고, 상기 충진홈에 충진된 상태로 경화되어 형성되는 논슬립부를; 포함한다.
