BUILDING EXTERIOR PANEL WITH CONDUCTION HEAT INSULATION FUNCTION AND EARTHQUAKE-PROOF FUNCTION
The present invention relates to a construction exterior material fixed to a frame (F) of an outer wall of a building. The construction exterior material includes: an upper member (110) having a square plate shape; a side surface member (120) formed vertically downwards on four sides of the upper member; a lower member (150) formed vertically outwards in the bottom of the side surface member; a protruding part (130) formed on the entire area of the side surface member, and protruding outwards in parallel with the lower member while having an end part rounded; and a plurality of slit-shaped insulation grooves (125) formed below the protruding part in the side surface member, and spaced apart from each other at a predetermined distance in a transverse direction. As conductive heat delivered from the upper member to the lower member is reduced due to the insulation grooves, conductive heat between the outside and inside of a building can be effectively blocked.
본 발명은, 건축물 외부 벽면의 프레임(F)에 고정되는 건축외장재로서, 사각플레이트 형상의 상부부재(110); 상기 상부부재에서 네 변에서 수직하게 하향 형성되는 측면부재(120); 상기 측면부재의 하단에서 외측으로 수직하게 형성되는 하부부재(150); 상기 측면부재의 전체에 형성되고, 상기 하부부재와 나란하게 외측방향으로 돌출되면서 끝단부는 라운드 형상을 가지는 돌출부(130); 및 상기 측면부재에서 상기 돌출부의 아래쪽에 형성되고, 횡방향으로 서로 소정간격 이격되어 형성된 복수 개의 슬릿 형상의 단열홈(125);을 포함하고, 상기 단열홈에 의해 상기 상부부재에서 상기 하부부재로 전달되는 전도열이 감소되어, 건축물의 내부와 외부의 전도열을 효과적으로 차단하는 효과가 발휘된다.
