LOW ELASTIC ACRYLIC COMPOSITION FOR WATERPROOF AND ANTI-CORROSIVE CONSTRUCTION OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND WATERPROOF AND ANTI-CORROSIVE CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT CONCRETE STRUCTURE USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a low elastic acrylic paint composition for waterproof and anti-corrosion of a water-treated concrete structure, and a waterproof and anti-corrosive construction method of a concrete structure using the same, wherein the low elastic acrylic paint composition contains, based on 100 parts by weight of a mixture composed of 30 to 50 wt% of methyl methacrylate, 10 to 30 wt% of at least one acrylate-based monomer selected from a group consisting of n-butyl methacrylate (n-BMA), iso-butyl methacrylate (iso-BMA), n-butyl acrylate (n-BAM), and a mixture thereof, and 20 to 40 wt% of an acrylic monomer, 1 to 10 parts by weight of allyl isothiocyanate; 0.1 t o5 parts by weight of a curing agent; and 1 to 10 parts by weight of a polymerization accelerator containing N,N-dimethylaniline, so that the low elastic acrylic paint composition is applied to the water-treated concrete structure to provide not only waterproof and anti-corrosive performance, but also excellent adhesion strength, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, acid resistance, chemical resistance, drug resistance, corrosion resistance, ozone resistance, and weather resistance.
본 발명은 메틸메타크릴레이트 30 내지 50 중량%; n-부틸메타크릴레이트(n-BMA), iso-부틸메타크릴레이트(iso-BMA), n-부틸아크릴레이트(n-BAM) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 아크릴레이트계 단량체 10 내지 30 중량%; 및 아크릴계 중합체 20 내지 40 중량%로 이루어지는 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여; 이소티오시안산 알릴 1 내지 10 중량부; 경화제 0.1 내지 5 중량부; 및 N,N-다이메틸아닐린을 포함하는 중합촉진제 1 내지 10 중량부를 포함함으로써; 수처리 콘크리트 구조물에 도포되어 방수 및 방식 성능 뿐만 아니라, 우수한 부착강도, 내마모성, 내열성, 내산성, 내화학성, 내약품성, 내식성, 내오존성, 내후성을 부여할 수 있는 수처리 콘크리트 구조물의 방수·방식용 저탄성 아크릴계 도료 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 방수·방식 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
