SEMIAUTOMATIC SLIDING DOOR USING GAS SPRING AND RUNNING BLOCK
The present invention relates to a semi-automatic sliding door using a gas spring and a moving pulley. An objective of the present invention is to open and close a sliding door with little force without using separate power, prevent an accident of getting caught when opening and closing the door, and reduce manufacturing costs and maintenance and repair costs. The sliding door installed in a building to be opened and closed in a hinged manner comprises: a door driving unit (10) accommodated in an upper frame (40); and a sliding member (20) connected to the door driving unit (10) by a wire (W), sliding in the upper frame (40), and having a lower portion assembled to an upper portion of a door (D). The door driving unit (10) comprises: a plate-shaped fixed plate (11) including a plurality of fixed pulleys and disposed in a vertical direction; a plate-shape moving plate (12) including a plurality of moving pulleys, separated by a predetermined distance from the fixed plate (11), and sliding in the frame (40); and a gas spring (13) connecting the fixed plate (11) with the moving plate (12).
본 발명은 개스스프링과 움직도르래를 이용한 반자동식 슬라이딩 도어에 관한 것으로서, 별도의 동력을 이용하지 않고 적은 힘으로 슬라이딩 도어를 개폐하도록 하고, 도어의 개폐시에 끼임 사고가 발생하는 것을 방지하며, 제조비용 및 유지관리 비용을 절감하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은, 건물 내부에 설치되어 여닫이 방식으로 개폐되는 슬라이딩 도어에 있어서, 상부 프레임(40)의 내부에 수용되는 도어 구동부(10)와, 와이어(W)에 의해 상기 도어 구동부(10)와 연결되어 상부 프레임(40)의 내부에서 슬라이딩 운동하며, 그 하부가 도어(D)의 상부에 조립되는 슬라이딩 부재(20)를 포함하고, 상기 도어 구동부(10)는, 복수의 고정도르래를 구비하여 수직으로 배치되는 평판 형태의 고정판(11)과, 복수의 움직도르래를 구비하고 상기 고정판(11)과 일정 거리 이격되게 구비되어, 상기 프레임(40) 내부를 슬라이딩 하는 평판 형태의 이동판(12)과, 상기 고정판(11)과 이동판(12)을 서로 연결하는 개스스프링(13)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
