SEMIAUTOMATIC SWING DOOR USING GAS SPRING AND RUNNING BLOCK
The present invention relates to a semi-automatic swing door using a gas spring and a movable pulley, which can open and close a swing door with small force without using separate power, prevents a jamming accident when a door is opened and closed, and reduces manufacturing costs and maintenance costs. To this end, the semi-automatic swing door including a first door (D1) provided at one side of a door frame (F) to perform a swing operation by a first hinge (H1) and a second door (D2) for performing a swing operation by the first door (D1) and a second hinge (H2), comprises: a door driving unit (10) accommodated in an upper frame (40); and a sliding member (20) connected to the door driving unit (10) by a wire (W), slid inside the upper frame (40), and having a lower part assembled to an upper part of a door (D). The door driving unit (10) includes: a plate-shaped fixed plate (11) having a plurality of fixed pulleys to be vertically arranged; a plate-shaped moving plate (12) having a plurality of movable pulleys, spaced apart from the fixed plate (11) at a predetermined distance to slide the inside of the upper frame (40); and a gas spring (13) for connecting the fixed plate (11) and the movable plate (12) to each other.
본 발명은 개스스프링과 움직도르래를 이용한 반자동식 스윙 도어에 관한 것으로서, 별도의 동력을 이용하지 않고 적은 힘으로 스윙 도어를 개폐할 수 있도록 하고, 도어의 개폐시에 끼임 사고가 발생하는 것을 방지하며, 제조비용 및 유지관리 비용을 절감하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은, 문틀(F)의 일측에 구비되어 제1 힌지(H1)에 의해 스윙동작을 하는 제1 도어(D1)와, 상기 제1 도어(D1)와 제2 힌지(H2)에 의해 스윙동작을 하는 제2 도어(D2)를 포함하여 이루어지는 스윙 도어에 있어서, 상부 프레임(40)의 내부에 수용되는 도어 구동부(10)와, 와이어(W)에 의해 상기 도어 구동부(10)와 연결되어 상부 프레임(40)의 내부에서 슬라이딩 운동하며, 그 하부가 도어(D)의 상부에 조립되는 슬라이딩 부재(20)를 포함하고, 상기 도어 구동부(10)는, 복수의 고정도르래를 구비하여 수직으로 배치되는 평판 형태의 고정판(11)과, 복수의 움직도르래를 구비하고 상기 고정판(11)과 일정 거리 이격되게 구비되어, 상기 프레임(40) 내부를 슬라이딩 하는 평판 형태의 이동판(12)과, 상기 고정판(11)과 이동판(12)을 서로 연결하는 개스스프링(13)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 개스스프링과 움직도르래를 이용한 반자동식 스윙 도어에 관한 것으로서, 별도의 동력을 이용하지 않고 적은 힘으로 스윙 도어를 개폐할 수 있도록 하고, 도어의 개폐시에 끼임 사고가 발생하는 것을 방지하며, 제조비용 및 유지관리 비용을 절감하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은, 문틀(F)의 일측에 구비되어 제1 힌지(H1)에 의해 스윙동작을 하는 제1 도어(D1)와, 상기 제1 도어(D1)와 제2 힌지(H2)에 의해 스윙동작을 하는 제2 도어(D2)를 포함하여 이루어지는 스윙 도어에 있어서, 상부 프레임(40)의 내부에 수용되는 도어 구동부(10)와, 와이어(W)에 의해 상기 도어 구동부(10)와 연결되어 상부 프레임(40)의 내부에서 슬라이딩 운동하며, 그 하부가 도어(D)의 상부에 조립되는 슬라이딩 부재(20)를 포함하고, 상기 도어 구동부(10)는, 복수의 고정도르래를 구비하여 수직으로 배치되는 평판 형태의 고정판(11)과, 복수의 움직도르래를 구비하고 상기 고정판(11)과 일정 거리 이격되게 구비되어, 상기 프레임(40) 내부를 슬라이딩 하는 평판 형태의 이동판(12)과, 상기 고정판(11)과 이동판(12)을 서로 연결하는 개스스프링(13)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
