The present invention relates to an eco-friendly functional finishing composition using graphene, and a surface protection/strengthening finishing method for concrete and steel structures using the same. According to the present invention, the functional finishing composition comprises 1-60 wt% of a modified filler and 40-99 wt% of a function improvement binder. The function improvement binder comprises 30-98 wt% of a methyl methacrylate-butyl acrylate-styrene copolymer, 1-20 wt% of polyester polyol, 0.1-20 wt% of a bisphenol A-epichlorohydrin polymer, 0.1-15 wt% of polychlorotrifluoroethylene, 0.1-15 wt% of methylene bis stearic acid amide, and 0.01-15 wt% of a graphene dispersion with respect to the weight thereof. According to the present invention, the functional finishing composition provides excellent workability, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, deodorization, contamination resistance, chemical resistance, non-flammability, UV resistance, chloride ion penetration resistance, neutralization resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, and durability, thereby realizing extension of a performance period, reduction of maintenance costs, and enhancement of workability of a concrete structure.
본 발명은, 개질 충전재 1~60중량% 및 기능 개선 결합재 40~99중량%를 포함하며, 상기 기능 개선 결합재는 기능 개선 결합재 중량 대비 메틸메타크릴레이트-부틸아크릴레이트-스티렌 공중합체 30~98중량%, 폴리에스테르폴리올 1~20중량%, 비스페놀A-에피클로로하이드린 중합체 0.1~20중량%, 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌 0.1~15중량%, 메틸렌비스스테아린산아마이드 0.1~15중량% 및 그래핀 분산액 0.01~15중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 기능성 마감제 조성물을 이용한 콘크리트 및 강 구조물 표면 보호·강화 마감 공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 시공성, 전기전도성, 열전도율, 탈취성, 내오염성, 내화학성, 불연성, UV저항성, 염화물이온침투저항성, 중성화 저항성, 동결융해저항성 및 내구성이 우수하여 콘크리트 구조물의 공용기간 증가, 유지보수비용 절감 및 시공성 향상을 구현할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an eco-friendly functional finishing composition using graphene, and a surface protection/strengthening finishing method for concrete and steel structures using the same. According to the present invention, the functional finishing composition comprises 1-60 wt% of a modified filler and 40-99 wt% of a function improvement binder.
