The present invention relates to a lane removing device having an electric elevating structure, which is to efficiently remove a lane in a fused state on a road surface while simplifying an operation of a worker to remove the lane by using an electric elevating power in accordance with whether the lane constructed on the road surface is removed. The lane removing device having an electric elevating structure of the present invention comprises: a main frame having a driver seat and rear wheels; a support frame having both side ends hinged to correspond to the main frame, and having front wheels at the front; a grinding cutter unit installed to be rotated at a lower portion of the main frame to remove a lane in a contact manner; a main driving unit mounted on the main frame to apply a driving power in a forward/backward straight direction of the rear wheels, and a rotational power toward the grinding cutter unit; an elevation driving unit for connecting the main frame and the support frame to each other, and extending and driving in a straight direction to elevate and rotate the main frame so as to adjust a position of the grinding cutter unit from the ground; and a control panel unit installed to correspond to the front of the driver seat of the main frame, and having an operation lever to apply a control signal for driving the main driving unit and the elevation driving unit.
본 발명은 도로 노면에 시공된 차선의 제거 여부에 따라 전동식 승강 동력을 이용하여 차선 제거를 위한 작업자의 작업이 간편하면서 노면에 융착상태인 차선을 효율적으로 제거함을 제공하도록, 운전석 및 후륜을 구비하는 메인프레임과; 상기 메인프레임에 대응하여 양쪽 측단이 힌지 결합하고, 전방에 전륜을 구비하는 서포트프레임과; 상기 메인프레임의 하부에 회전 가능하게 설치하여 차선을 접촉 제거하는 연삭커터부와; 상기 메인프레임 상에 장착하여 상기 후륜의 전후 직선방향을 향한 구동동력 및 상기 연삭커터부를 향한 회전동력을 인가하는 메인구동부와; 상기 메인프레임 및 상기 서포트프레임을 상호 연결 결합하고, 직선방향으로 신장 구동하여 상기 연삭커터부를 지면으로부터 위치 조정할 수 있게 상기 메인프레임을 승강 회전운동시키는 승강구동부와; 상기 메인프레임의 운전석 전방에 대응하여 설치하고, 조작레버를 구비하여 상기 메인구동부 및 상기 승강구동부의 구동을 위한 제어신호를 인가하는 제어패널유닛;을 포함하는 전동식 승강 구조를 갖는 차선 제거장치를 제공한다.
The present invention relates to a lane removing device having an electric elevating structure, which is to efficiently remove a lane in a fused state on a road surface while simplifying an operation of a worker to remove the lane by using an electric elevating power in accordance with whether the lane constructed on the road surface is removed.
