TOOL FOR REMOVING TRAFFIC LANE
The present invention relates to a tool for removing a traffic lane to remove a traffic lane displayed on a road and a display line displayed on a crosswalk. According to the present invention, an upper disk (40) and a lower disk (30) are connected by an elastic means (20). A plurality of grinding units (10) are detachably mounted on a lower surface of the lower disk (30). The grinding units (10) have a flat surface of a long rectangular shape, are radially arranged on the lower surface (31) of the lower disk (30), and have a plurality of carbide tips (50) arranged on lower surfaces (11) thereof in a line. A gap (S) is formed between the carbide tips (50). The grinding units (10) are divided into a first grinding unit group (G1) and a second grinding unit group (G2). Grinding units of the second grinding unit group (G2) are arranged between grinding units of the first grinding unit group (G1). The carbide tips (50) of the grinding units of the second grinding unit group (G2) are arranged on a position of the gap (S) of the grinding units of the first grinding unit group (G1) in a rotational direction to allow the carbide tips of the grinding units of the first grinding unit group (G1) and the carbide tips of the grinding units of the second grinding unit group (G2) to cross to be arranged.
본 발명은 도로에 표시된 차선 및 횡단 보도에 표시된 표시선을 제거하기 하기 위한 차선 제거용 툴에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 차선 제거용 툴은 상부 원판(40)과 하부 원판(30)이 탄성수단(20)에 의해 연결되며, 하부 원판(30)의 하부면에 복수개의 연삭 유니트(10)가 분리 가능하게 장착되고, 상기 연삭 유니트(10)는 긴 직사각형 형태의 평면을 가지며, 하부 원판(30)의 하부면(31)에 방사상으로 배치되며, 하부면(11)에 복수개의 초경 팁(50)이 일렬로 배열되고, 초경 팁(50) 사이에 간극(S)이 형성되며, 제 1 연삭 유니트 그룹(G1)과 제 2 연삭 유니트 그룹(G2)으로 구분되어, 제 1 연삭 유니트 그룹(G1)의 연삭 유니트 사이에 제 2 연삭 유니트 그룹(G2)의 연삭 유니트가 배치되고, 제 1 연삭 유니트 그룹(G1)의 연삭 유니트의 초경 팁과 제 2 연삭 유니트 그룹(G2)의 연삭 유니트의 초경팁이 서로 엊갈려 배치되도록, 회전 방향으로 제 1 연삭 유니트 그룹(G1)의 연삭 유니트의 간극(S) 위치에 제 2 연삭 유니트 그룹(G2)의 연삭 유니트의 초경 팁(50)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
