LEAK PREVENTION DEVICE FOR SOUNDPROOF TUNNEL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
The present invention relates to a water leakage prevention device for a soundproof tunnel and a construction method thereof, which can improve the effect of blocking water leakage through a gap in a transparent soundproof plate of the soundproof tunnel and accordingly reduce maintenance costs of a facility. The water leakage prevention device for a soundproof tunnel according to the present invention is installed at a connection portion between soundproof plate frames (200) surrounding the edge of the transparent soundproof plate (100). The soundproof plate frame (200) is seated on a lower reinforcing member (10), a fastening bolt (20) is coupled to an upper portion of the lower reinforcing member (10), a fixing plate (30) and a fastening nut (31) for pressing and fixing both soundproof plate frames are fastened to an upper end of the fastening bolt (20), a leak prevention plate (40) for preventing the inflow of rainwater from an upper portion of a fastening portion between the fixing plate (30) and the fastening nut (31) is coupled between the soundproof plate frames (200), and a buffer cap (50) having a predetermined curvature shape is seated on an upper portion of the leak prevention plate (40).
본 발명은 방음터널용 누수방지장치 및 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 방음터널의 투명 방음판 틈새부위를 통한 누수 차단 효과가 향상되고 이에 따른 시설물의 유지관리 비용을 절감시킬 수 있는 효과를 나타내기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 투명 방음판(100) 테두리를 따라 감싸는 방음판 프레임(200) 상호간 연결부위에 설치되는 방음터널용 누수방지장치에 있어서, 상기 방음판 프레임(200)은 하부 보강재(10) 상에 안착 구성되고; 상기 하부 보강재(10) 상부에는 체결볼트(20)가 결합 구성되며; 상기 체결볼트(20)의 상단부에는 양측 방음판 프레임을 가압 고정시키기 위한 고정플레이트(30) 및 체결너트(31)가 체결되고; 상기 고정플레이트(30) 및 체결너트(31) 체결부위의 상부에서 우수의 유입을 방지하기 위한 누수방지 플레이트(40)가 방음판 프레임(200) 사이에 결합되며; 상기 누수방지 플레이트(40) 상부에는 일정 곡률 형상을 이루는 완충캡(50)이 안착 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
