PRODUCTION OF PRECAST CONCRETE WALL UNIT WITH WING WALL AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF THE PRECAST CONCRETE WALL
The present invention relates to a manufacturing device for mass-producing a concrete wall plate of a vertical member in a factory to form an outer wall and an inner wall of a building. The manufacturing device is composed of a plurality of shutters installed between each bay so that a number of bays serving as concrete placement spaces for wall plate production can be continuously formed; an internal vertical plate mold detachably attached to the inner surface of the central portion of the shutter so that a main wall plate and a wing wall plate perpendicular thereto are simultaneously formed; a side edge mold detachably attached to the inner surface of the edge portion of the shutter to set the left and right ends of the wall plate; and a floor mold installed in the lower portion of the bay to set the lower end of the wall plate. Each of the shutters is installed so that the shutters can be moved in the vertical direction of the plane independently along a moving rail installed on a floor plate of the site to overlap each other.
본 발명은 건축물의 외벽과 내벽을 형성시키기 수직부재의 콘크리트 벽판을 공장에서 대량 생산할 수 있도록 하기 위한 제작장치에 관한 것으로서, 벽판 제작을 위한 콘크리트 타설공간이 되는 베이의 다수 개가 연속 형성될 수 있도록 각 베이 사이에 설치되는 다수 개의 셔터와, 주벽판과 이에 수직인 날개벽판이 동시에 형성되도록 상기 셔터의 중앙부분 내면에 탈부착되는 내수직판몰드와, 벽판의 좌우측단을 설정하도록 셔터의 테두리부분 내면에 탈부착되는 측마구리몰드와, 벽판의 하단을 설정하도록 베이의 하부에 설치되는 바닥몰드로 이루어지고, 상기의 각 셔터는 상호 겹쳐질 수 있도록 작업장바닥판에 설치된 이동레일을 따라 독립적으로 면의 수직방향으로 이동이 가능하도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
