The present invention relates to a 180° opening fire door capable of being completely sealed in a fire, which improves a conventional method which could not open and close more than a set angle due to structural limitations to easily and accurately realize rotary movement extended to a 180° range by electromagnetic control to actively improve convenience, maximizes efficiency in use or convenience of operation by the ease of handling, use, maintenance, management, and repair resulting from a differentiated structure in comparison to a conventional technique, and perfectly blocks the gap between a door and a door frame in a fire to take part in active life protection from the danger of the fire. The 180° opening fire door capable of being completely sealed in a fire comprises: a wall (10); a first door frame (20) and a second door frame (30) separated and arranged at positions corresponding to each other via the wall; and a door panel (40) made of an incombustible material, wherein whether to open and close is determined while rotating from the second door frame by a rotary shaft (41). While the door panel (40) is tightly attached in parallel with the wall, the door panel (40) is allowed to be rotated 180° by a set signal when a fire is detected to completely block the gap between the first door frame and the second door frame.
본 발명은 구조적 한계로 인해 설정 각 이상 개폐가 불가하던 종래 방식을 개선함으로써 전자식 제어에 의하여 180° 범위까지 확장된 회전 움직임이 더욱 쉽고 정확하게 구현되어 편의성을 적극 개선할 뿐 아니라 기존 대비 차별화된 구조로부터 비롯되는 취급과 사용, 유지 및 관리 보수의 용이함 등으로 인해 조작의 편의성 내지 사용상 효율성이 극대화됨과 더불어, 화재시 문과 문틀 사이가 완벽하게 차폐되어 화재의 위험으로부터 적극적인 인명 보호에 가담할 수 있는 화재시 전면 밀폐가 가능한 180°개방형 방화문에 관한 것으로, 벽체(10); 벽체를 매개로 서로 대응하는 위치에서 이격 배치되는 제1문틀(20)과 제2문틀(30); 불연성 소재로 형성되고 회전축(41)에 의해 제2문틀을 기점으로 선회하면서 개폐 여부가 결정되는 도어패널(40);을 포함하고, 위 도어패널(40)은 벽체와 평행하게 밀착된 상태에서 화재 감지 시 설정 신호에 기인하여 180°로 회전 움직임이 허용됨에 따라 제1문틀과 제2문틀의 간극을 전면 차단할 수 있도록 구성된다.
